Graduating as Valedictorian of her high school class, she completed her pre-dental studies at Hope College and Western Michigan University, then accepted early admission to The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry with full scholarship through the U. S. Navy's Health Professions Scholarship Program.

My wife and I have been coming to Leahy Family Dentistry for about a year and a half and we couldn't be happier. They are very friendly and are always accommodating with scheduling. They really go above and beyond with the cleaning and include free fluoride treatments. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I am genetically prone to tooth decay, so proper dental care is very important to me. I see the Leahy's 2-4 times a year, due to frequent issues. They are careful, take their time to explain what is going on in a frank manner, give me good advice and good dental work. They seem to have a cutting-edge office with all the latest gear and on top of the latest trends and research. Pain management is important to them. Who could ask for more? I recommend them highly.

Our family has been going here for years and love the service we receive. I found it interesting another reviewer mentioned "no hygienist" as a negative, as that was one of the first positives I experienced here. Everywhere else I have been, you spend all your time with the hygienist, and then the dentist pops in for a couple minutes and that is it (unless you are getting a filling etc). With the Leahys, the dentist spends all the time with you! We originally chose the location due to convenience and insurance, but we would travel now to continue going here.
