Excellent experience. Hansen Dentistry was recommended to us by a lactation consultant to fix my son's tongue tie. Dr. Hansen and his staff are all professional and extremely kind. We went in for a consultation and had the tongue tie procedure done that same day. Dr. Hansen explained everything to us and was happy to answer any questions we had. Afterwards we were directed to a FB group to post our progress and Dr. Hansen responded very quickly. It made me feel so much more at ease knowing if I needed assistance asap someone would direct you on how to proceed quick. We could not ask for better

My baby was born with a severe tongue tie. We came to Dr. Hansen’s office on a recommendation from the LC at the hospital. I am so happy we did. I could not recommend his office enough. The staff is so friendly and professional. He was so gentle with our little one.
He used a laser to cut the tie. There was no blood. He gave us exercises to ensure there was no regrowth. We had recheck appointments so he could make sure.
There is also a Facebook page that parents can upload photos and videos on of how they are conducting their exercises. Dr. Hansen responds so promptly on each post.

I have a terrible fear of dentistry. Dr. Hansen was the first to take great care to put me at ease. There is a lot of explanation and understanding of why something needs to be done before it is done. Since I began with this office I have had my wisdom teeth removed, root canals, many many fillings, two extractions most recently, and now I have braces. This journey wouldn’t have even begun without Rylan and his entire team making me comfortable. My life will be forever changed. My teeth were crowded and not well maintained. They were spotted with cavities. I was embarrassed to smile fully

Took my 2 month old for lip/tongue tie. Dr. Hansen & his team are fantastic. He did a thorough evaluation, explained options nicely, and the procedure was done very quickly. Excellent written and oral follow up instructions as well from Liz. Whole staff and overall experience one of the best I’ve had at any medical office.

This is the first dentist's office I've genuinely enjoyed. The staff are super friendly and have always been clear about billing/insurance.
You can genuinely tell Dr. Hansen enjoys what he does and is proud of his work. He's willing, if not excited, to explain what he's doing and his approach. Even during his "most difficult crown prep" to date, he was super patient and careful with his work.
His office's investment in technology is great for his patients as well. After getting a root canal, he was able to prep and mill a permanent crown (search "CEREC") while I waited and watched Disney Plus

It took two years, but my family finally found a dentist that truly cares about their patients and isn't pushing whatever treatment plans make them the most money.
The dental hygienist team is amazing! You can tell they truly care by their diligence, work ethic and overall care they give. Dr. Hansen is the same as his hygenist and dental assistance team. By showing general care and concern over his patients, there is an instant level of comfort by their work. Happy to be a patient of Hansen Dentistry!!

We love Dr. Hansen and his whole team! We found them when my son was born and needed a lip and tongue tie fix. The team was incredibly supportive and helpful. Since then we’ve had multiple visits (cleanings, filling, Invisalign). Today my kids, Berdie and Gus, had cleanings done and I was reminded of how grateful I am for Dr. Hansen and his staff!

I am greatful for Dr. Hansen and his staff. I needed a four unit bridge due to one i had installed at a different dentist did not fit properly and had came completely out. The staff got me in promptly and answered all my question and were very professional. Dr. Hansen and his assistant Lou were very courteous professional and patient from start to finish during the procedure. I interviewed 4 dentist before choosing this office and i am very pleased with the bridge and would like to say thank you so much to Dr. Hansen and his staff....

I had a wonderful first appointment for a cleaning today. Everyone was very friendly, and Jessica did a great job cleaning my teeth. The office has the newest technology available, with digital x-rays that immediately appear on the monitor for viewing, and I was told that they offer same-day permanent crowns, without using the old-fashioned impressions. Dr. Hansen was very friendly as well. I am happy to have found this office!

We absolutely love this team! We moved from CA where we had an amazing dentist but to be honest we feel like Dr. Hansen and his team are incredible! Our kids (7 and 3) Beckett and Olivia just had their first appointments and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. Beckett even had to get two teeth pulled and never once felt scared and Via just came in dressed like the tooth fairy and walked out with an office full of new best friends.

I went to this dentistry for tooth filling. They told they are in network with my insurance company and they charged me based on my explanation of benefit during my visits. One month later I again got a bill! I called my insurance company. They told me the doctor's office charged me more than the allowed amount and that's why I am again getting this bill. I called the office and they told they can charge more than the allowed amount. I never went through this experience of paying more than allowed insurance limit to an in-network provider. Most importantly, if they are in-network with my insurance

In my short patient history, I have enjoyed Dr. Hansen and staff members. Everyone appears quite patient, and they are exceedingly pleasant. Mrs. Hansen does an excellent job answering questions, particularly those related to treatment planning and oral hygiene. I have not felt pressured to make decisions about my treatment plan, which is a huge plus, and helps with rapport building. I especially appreciate the small office feel! The small office feel does not appear to come at the expense of high-quality, up-to-date equipment. I'm looking forward to fully establishing care in this office! Overall
