At the time the application is submitted for approval, there will be a non-refundable processing fee of $20 collected in the form of a money order. The application fee is not refundable if apartment is not available at the time of approval.

I would not recommend these apartments at all. I lived at Columbia Park Apartments and these apartments are not updated at all and we left the apartment in better condition then what we moved into. My fiancé and I lived on the top floor, and constantly had the smell of smoke, neither of us smoked. The landlords are rude and not helpful at all. We did give a letter of vacancy stating the date that we will be out, and want our deposit back, still have not heard from them. It's been over a month. The man who maintains the grounds is very helpful and lovely to talk to but front desk help was one of the rudest people I had talked to. She hung up on my roommate and I multiple times on purpose. When confronted she acted like it never happened in front of the other staff. They not only put us into an apartment that had been smoked in for years, as told to us by the neighbors, but was not the apartment we inspected and were promised. The smoke and mildew smell is still in my furniture and clothes. Furthermore, our lease ended on less then half the month, the 10th to be exact, and they wouldn

Personally, I wouldn't recommend these apartments. We lived in Arbor Ridge for over a year. I called several times, at least five or more, about our dishwasher not working. They came out to look at it but never actually fixed it. The dryer barely worked, had to run it multiple times before it would dry a single load. So we finally moved out and we spent an entire day bleaching everything, vacuuming, wiping down walls, and when we were finished it looked like we were never there. We got our "Move out refund" almost a month later for not even $300. I called to find out where the rest of my deposit
