You may stop by our office any time Monday thru Friday and pick up an application (it is always best to call before you come). Do not rent here. “Repair” work is never done correctly. They do not notify you when they’ll be entering your unit. They just let themselves in. And there is ALWAYS a mess left behind. I’ve had things ruined by the not-so-handy handyman”. They do not reimburse you for your property destruction either. I barely received an apology. There are loose steps that were nailed down, not screwed down so now there are loose steps with nails sticking up from them. Windows are improperly sealed. They send notices to everyone weekly complaining about messes, animals, noise and complain/make excuses

Don’t rent from here after u move out they will tell u u didn’t return keys when u did return keys too then already too try and keep the deposit from u they also give u an apartment that has problems in it like light problems and the toilet seat was lose on there and master room bedroom light didn’t work and they don’t give your deposit back after old owner left the old owners been keeping your security deposits and telling u that u didn’t turn something in when u did turn stuff into them don’t rent here u r better off somewhere else

We lived here happily for four years until the apartments were sold and put under new management.
New management was so terrible we left. They tried to screw us over every chance they got, maintenance was hardly ever done and when it was it wasn't done by a professional but their "handyman" they are letting live there in exchange for his work. They were hardly ever in the office, even during their posted office hours, making paying rent a pain. (And they'd blame you for it too). Don't trust them enough to leave your payment and not get a receipt- they will claim they didn't get your payment.
