Horrible!!! We booked conjoined rooms to accommodate us and our kids. Upon arrival, we were told that wasn't possible due to maintenance issues. We were told the pool was heated. Once we got there, we discovered that their idea of a heated pool is absolutely freezing. The front desk was extremely unhelpful and claimed that the pool IS grated, they just can't keep it to warm. Ridiculous. We left immediately and I am hoping the manager (who was unavailable to assist) will refund it money.

Nice hotel very friendly staff awesome mini suites with lots of room and comfortable beds. Chilli's right next door and several other restaurants and shopping. Plenty of large vehicle parking right next door and flying J to fuel within walking distance and an awesome full breakfast .🍳🥐 🥞 🥓 🍪 with actual silverware and plates not disposable unless that's what you want.

It was clean, staff was very polite, breakfast was good, room has good color scheme and big enough, pool area needs some upkeep. I know it's indoors but it could use some decorative touches, like plants and maybe some ceiling and wall murals.
The parking is why I give it a 4 and not a 5. Parking there is horrible. Chilies makes sure to write on the floor that "no hotel" ,well hotel needs to make it there parking. After 3pm good luck leaving and coming back to find any spots available. Don't know why they don't by the dirt lot next to it and make hotel parking only for big trucks and cars. I would

Its basically clean. We felt safe. The drain pipes needed work smells of sewage that haunted us all night. The next morning they moved us to another room but that one had an odor to it too, just not as bad. I'm not a plumber, but I think they need to rooter out their system or something. They definitely need to call a plumber. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars.
They do include a hot meal. The staff works hard and is kind.

I loved my stay here in Ayres Hotel. Free Parking may get full by night time so do check in early to get a parking spot. Check in was incredibly easy. Awesome comfy beds. Clean and spotless shower and tubs. What's a bummer for me was that I didn't wake up in time for the free breakfast buffet the next morning!!! Everyone, give Ayres Hotel a try if you want to stay at a nice, quiet comfy and clean hotel for Disneyland or in town business... I also liked that they had accessible doors from outside parking lot so you don't have to walk all the way to the front desk if you parked farther

Nice hotel as we were passing through Barstow. Being from the east coast, we had never heard of Ayers Hotels and discovered it's pretty much a southern California thing. There are historic photos in the hotel describing how they came to be. Also, there's a Chili's restaurant adjoining their parking lot and a sports bar directly behind them so a car is not needed in order to go to restaurants. We were comfortable here and Hilton's equivalent properties (Hampton Inn, etc) have no advantage on this hotel.

So my last stay at Ayres Hotel here in Orange CA was a really bad experience. Normally I would stay at a Marriott or a Hilton hotels because of my good experience with them while i'm traveling. So I was on my mini VACA and i found a ridiculous cheap price for a King room at Ayres in Orange CA. I was beyond satisfied with my recent stay because the bed is more comfortable and everything else was on point. Here is my breakdown for my recent stay;
Location 5/5 close to everything, shopping centers, good restaurant and a very good Krispy Kreme donuts just a few blocks down.
Cable and internet

It's a good facility, but the service wasn't great. Our door keys were constantly failing causing us to rely on guests to let us in or walk around the entire building to get in... not fun with two kids under five. If we came in the front door and didn't realize our keys were broken we had to walk back down from our room and then wait for someone available to make us a key.
Another disappointment was that we were there five nights and they only cleaned our room twice. When we got in our room there was gum in the carpet at the foot of one of the beds. If we needed cups, towels, or

It is very clean, quiet and close to Disneyland. It is our first time staying at a Ayres Hotel and we like it.
There are outdoor parking spots or a parking garage behind the hotel. Which are both included in the hotel rate.
Breakfast is included. They serve you a plate of eggs, sausages or bacon, hash. Yogurt, and fruits. There are pastries, juice and coffee too.

Hotel is spotless and so very helpful for those of us stuck at UCI. But even better than the hotel is the restaurant Spoons in the hotel. Fettuccine pasta ove salmon and shrimp with the tequila lime sauce. To die for!! Not to mention the jamie Irish mule by a very friendly Aria. The food blew me away by chef Omar. 6 stars if I could.

By far the best hotel experience I've had! The staff and facility was very accommodating during Covid-19. I felt safe during my one week stay. They went above and beyond. Staff members always wore a mask on. Hand sanitizer dispensers can be found throughout the hotel. The room was so spacious! The bathtub was huge. Housekeeping restocks your toiletries with fancy looking soaps. Complimentary breakfast is served to you by a kitchen staff member. You tell her what you want: eggs, bacon, sausage, or cereal and she'll pack it in a to-go box for you to take back to your room. The beverages

The Ayers Hotel in orange has become one of my favorite hotels in the area. This place has such a great touch of elegance with all of the amenities that customers want. Brian did a wonderful job checking me in on the first night. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. The hotel seemed clean and the room did as well. The room is very spacious. I love the fact that it has a micro fridge included in each room as well as actual cable tv and excellent wifi. My boyfriend loved their oversized tub.
They also offered free breakfast and not the lousy kind that you find at other hotels with microwaved

Another great stay again. Catherine has such a great personality and made checking in easy peasy. She came from the Anaheim location. She is super adorable and her customer service is awesome. She just a kind human being. A+ Catherine.
The staff were all wearing mask n there r hand sanitzer dispensers everywhere they even installed one right by the elevator button. Pretty cool Ayres. Plexiglass dividers r up at the check-in desk.
Rooms r always super clean, fully stocked with toiletries, clean towels, coffee maker w/coffees n teas n a hair dryer. The beds r always neatly made with clean,

Recommend this hotel to anyone! I ended up staying 2 more nights than originally booked. The room is super clean and has a nice cologne like smell. My room had a nice large tub to take a nice bath! Bed was comfortable! The room came with complementary break fast and free parking! The breakfast was okay but can't complain for free food. If you bring wine or buy wine downstairs ask for the complimentary travel wine bottle opener! Never had seen that in a hotel! It was a nice touch! This was the best value out of all the places in the area. The area is very safe and close to Disney.

Solid choice for a quick weekend getaway!
As all the rest of the reviewers state, this hotel is super clean and extremely spacious. It was really nice being able to put our suitcases down and still have ample room to walk around without tripping over something. The rooms were also really quiet and well lit. My main complaint is that the bed wasn't all too comfortable since it was a cheaper spring mattress.
My boyfriend and I LOVED the free breakfast! Man, those country potatoes were freaking delicious! We wished they made those every morning we stayed but the kitchen does switch out the
