Just got off the phone with Sawnee Drug asking about a breathing tool my grandmother needs. The girl on the phone was rude and hung up on me without checking anything. It first sounded like she didn't know what the item was, then when I explained further, she just said no! and hung up. Very rude customer service and will not be patronizing them.

I wanted to return a wedge pillow that sat on the shelf for 3 years and dry rotted. It was hard as a rock, was cheap (literally like 30 cents of foam), made in Communist China. This cost me $40 at a time when I physically wasn’t well enough to go shopping for something better.
The owner didn’t even ask why I wanted to return it, it was a simple flat out NO.
So buyer beware, shop places that are honorable and stand behind the products they sell.

We were referred to this pharmacy by our new HCP, as being an "in-network" provider. We called to verify the cost of a regularly taken medication. The policy of this pharmacy is not to call about any medication until the prescription is presented in house. The pharamacy company will then call the "Drug Store" to verify cost then get back to you on the supposed in-network cost of the drugs. We feel this is a "GOTCHA" policy in order to capture your prescription into their system. It is sad and unfortunate that a simple phone call for a 30 day supply of a medication cost cannot be answered by the

Great people, great service!! The people at Sawnee Drug are the best there are when it comes to friendly, helpful service. And they're fast filling prescriptions. No more waiting 20 or MORE minutes for it to be filled Walk in, get it filled, and be out in five minutes, if you can keep from talking to the people who work there. But that's hard, because they're so friendly and genuine. Their prices are great too. And don't forget all of the other over the counter medicines and products. They have some of the old time remedies that I haven't seen since I was a child
