Dr. Apollon A. Constantinides, Jr., owner and Pharmacist of Lakeside Pharmacy is honored to serve the Forsyth County and surrounding communities. Dr. Constantinides attended Pharmacy School at Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy. He graduated with his Doctorate in Pharmacy from Mercer in 1996.
Today, there are limited chemical forms, dosage forms, strengths, flavors and packaging available for the physician to prescribe and the pharmacist to dispense. Lakeside used to be an A+ pharmacy. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Today was my last refill, I am forced to move along. Each refill over the last year or more has presented some form of hassle. They used to stock and fill meds same day, no longer. There is consistently a billing error and they have made manufacturer discount cards a hassle. Last time they had me wait 45 minutes, they told me my meds would not be complete before their lunch shutdown and asked if I would mind coming back later in the afternoon. I brought my mom by the pharmacy today to try and find something to stabilize her arm because the doctor told her today it was broken. They tried to fit her with something at the doctors office but it wouldn’t fit so the doctor said to just leave her arm in the sling and it will be fine. Lakeside Pharmacy is and always will be the best place to get prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and other health-related items. The staff members are all extremely friendly and make you feel like part of the family. The pharmacists all have been well-trained and go above and beyond to help their patients get the best care. Lakeside Pharmacy is amazing! We have been using them for about 7 years. They are conveniently located on the first floor of my doctors' building. I just pop in when I am through with my treatment every week. I can just text them what I need and it is ready to go when I get there. Customer service is amazing. The folks up front and the pharmacists are so nice and helpful. They have been super helpful with anything we have needed, which is a lot. They genuinely care how their customers are doing. Laurel is the best! I was looking at different pharmacies trying to find a prescription cream and none of them carried it. I called Lakeside Pharmacy and they were willing to compound it for us! Lakeside is the best pharmacy in town. In fact, Lakeside is probably the best pharmacy in the state. Their customer service is impeccable, they are rarely out of specific medications, they are quick and reliable, and they deliver. Every time I walk in I am blown away with how friendly they are. They go out of their way for everyone, and they really do treat customers like family. I would strongly recommend making Lakeside Pharmacy the place where you fill your prescriptions.

Sad to say after over 10 years of doing business with this company, I'm forced to part ways. Was attracted to the one on one family service along with free delivery , so much so , that when I moved I continued using them as opposed to transferring my business. The employees are extremely friendly (I've been here twice so far and everyone was so nice both times) and they are quick to fill your prescription(s) as well as answer your questions and assist you with any other OTC item they sell. They also do compounding if you have a unique prescription need.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I receive from Lakeside Pharmacy. Until I started using the doctors in the same building I had always gone to my local Kroger/Publix to have prescriptions filled. It was okay, but knew I would have to drop the script off and come back later, or wait (sometimes up to thirty minutes or more) for them to be fill. Once I had gone to Lakeside a few times they called me by name and were always ready to help and answer any question I had. I believe that my favorite part of that commentary was when he accused me of providing "false" statements and then went on to not so subtly suggest that I provided these statements for "monetary gain." One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I wish there was a "no stars" option. I was treated rudely on the phone by staff members, only to be passed then to the owner, Apollon. Apollon began by excusing the behavior of the staff, and systematically dismissing my concerns. When that tactic did not work, his responses degenerated to downright rude and hostile. I have since switched to another pharmacy and I couldn't be happier. I also noted that the gel capsules my new pharmacy uses are a much higher quality. I used to have a frequent issue with the capsules rupturing

I visited this Pharmacy a few times for the simple convience of its location nestled on the Nortside-Forsyth Hospital campus where many of the doctors have their offices. This pharmacy advertises home deliveries which I tried twice and discovered it to be more of an inconvenience than just going to the pharmacy myself. It was also my experience. to find their prices somewhat a bit pricey, however I pulled my business from this pharmacy because of their terrible sarcastic way the owner spoke to the customers. I couldn't tell you what happened to cause it but over the last 6 months they don't know your name and they have become brisk and curt with a few of them being downright rude. Too big, too fast? Service is fast. Parking is convenient, esp. since they moved to the 1505 Medical Office Building. They could use a roped line to queue people. They close for lunch. It took me a couple of times to remember that and I've had to run other errands and come back. It's better to go to a Rite Aid, Walgreens, or CVS where their hours are waay better, have many locations (esp. closer to home and a grocery store), and are open 7 days of the week, unlike Lakeside which is closed on Sundays. I consistently get the best service, every time, with the Pharmacy Manager, Alex. He is always efficient

I recently switched to Lakeside after getting sick of being treated terribly by the pharmacy next to my son's doctor. Why did I wait so long?!?!? The people at Lakeside are so nice! The only downside is that parking is difficult at the hospital. However, they offer free delivery, so I plan to use that when I don't need the meds right away and for refills.

I've been using Lakeside Pharmacy for years and they're the best! The doctors office I use is in the same building so it's very convenient for me. I am rarely sick but when I get a prescription filled they are always very fast, in and out within a few minutes. They offer free delivery which is nice for the older people that can't get out much. Parking can be difficult at times since they share a lot with the hospital.
