Recently I had damage to my truck I figured I would take my truck back since I’ve used them in the past with no problem. Before I dropped off the truck I asked if they could have parts ordered so that I wouldn’t have to be driving around a rental. This body shop is only qualified to do fender bender work. It does not have insurance to test drive your car so it does not test drive your car. It outsources the mechanical work to other shops and does not take responsibility of their subcontractor's work.
If you have to tow your car, you need a better equipped bodyshop as opposed to the shed. (If you ever want to get your car back).

Amazing service. I've used their services twice, each time they've been nothing short of wonderful. They're willing to work something out reasonable, especially if you are paying cash. Independent, so they require more patience than average "numbers" shops. But that said, they are extremely friendly and take pride in their name. That's not common these days, sadly.

I was in a front end accident, and this place was recommended to me, by my boss, by his mechanic. They had my car for a WEEK, all while I was trying to get ahold of them, and didn’t actually have contact with them until after they answered my boss’s call. So it sat there for a week, without anything being done to it. After we found out what needed to be fixed, it was still hard to get ahold of them, they not answering phone calls and such. 3 weeks later, I finally get my car back, and about 3 days after that, I realized my windshield fluid sprayers were not working. The towel used to dry the outside of my car and rims was used to wipe the interior! I had to walk over and stop them. They tried to deny it but I advised them that I was watching the entire time because the last time they skipped the windows. To repair a broken tail light on a Volvo XC-90 is a pretty substantial job, definitely beyond my skillset. The dealer quoted nearly $1000 and 5 days. The team at Kong's got this done in less than half the time at about half the price. They even washed our car! They were courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again for any car body damage for any vehicle.

My first Google review and for the sole purpose of waring folks to be careful with this company. Two episodes of leaving my car to be fixed. Unbroken certified parts replaced with after market parts and the issue was never fixed. Regular mechanic found and fixed the issue. Now, I get to spend more to replace grey market parts on my Lease. Spent over $2k. Lesson learned. Never again at this place. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

I went to several body shops before coming to Kong's and they all gave me a hard time or told me they had no availability for weeks. When I came by he said he would work with my insurance and to bring it in whenever I get a chance. The repairs were completed quickly with no fuss.
My car was came out perfectly and very clean. I will definitely come back here if needed!
Note: They accept credit and debit but with around a 3% fee, but they also accept cash and check. They let me know before I headed into the shop to make sure I brought the payment I wanted.

After reading all the great reviews, I felt like I had to try this place after my car got broken into and I needed some body work! I felt the people were polite and the price was right. The problem was, it took MUCH longer than expected! I had trouble calling them, and once I went over there because I got no response! When I finally did get the car, the repairs were "just ok..." nothing like the "like new!" reviews had made me expect. After trying to get an estimate from a competitor down the road and being told I needed to make an appointment, Kong's was a breath of fresh air.
Matt immediately gave me an estimate within five minutes of arrival. He gave me two options - the expensive route that would make the car look perfect, and the cheap route that would make it look much better. I opted for the cheap route and he told me he could complete the repairs in one day if I simply bring the car in the following morning

Lesson 1 - Don't expect them to call you when your car will be ready. It takes much longer than their expected finished date, which actually got postponed multiple time to give you extra inconvenience.
I would have given negative stars if possible. I dropped my car off Monday evening and they said they will call me around Friday when it's expected to be ready. Friday comes, and no word from them. When I called in, they said it will be ready on following Monday. Similarly, no phone call from them on Monday

Very disappointed with this place today. I've been a customer for several years. Pulled up and put little trash on the floor for them to throw away. Was told we charge extra for throwing that away. It's a car wash and they clean your car and vacuum. That's why I come here. I' leave. Gold tip in the container. I said I'll just go somewhere else. Across the street.

We've been here several times now for various types of repairs. The shop is consistent and honest with their pricing, and we found them to be much more reasonable than other shops in the area. They work with you and suggest different solutions. Service is good, and the owner is always smiling and ready to help.
My only complaint was that timing the first time we went - it took much longer than we were told, and communication was not great regarding the estimated time to finish. But it was not an issue when we went back afterwards.

Such a great shop. So far Kongs has replaced the suspension and coolant system on my BMW X5. Oil change on Audi Q7 and my Porsche 911 Turbo.
I get all my cars detailed here. Best prices in Atlanta and they do perfect work.
They never try to sell me anything. Never a scratch on any of my cars. Just a good local business.

Even though my Altima AKA "Graphite"is not my dream wheels such as the M6 or GT-r., I love the car and I feel like it was treated as if were. I've wanted my headlights restored for over a year and finally chose this place because of all the great reviews. Well my expectations we're met and exceeded. I'm pleased with the work and it was relatively simple. I can only imagine how good the body work will be. Which I received estimates for. I'll certainly tell a friend and be back.
