Services
Solid hardwoods are what most people are familiar with. Most come in 3/4" thickness, with widths between 2.25" and 5" wide. Advantages of solid 3/4 floors are that they can be sanded and finished more than once, most 3 to 4 times. Disadvantages to solids include their susceptibility to moisture and seasonal changes which can cause gapping and cracks to appear.
Dallas has over 20 years of invaluable experience in the flooring industry. Usually you can find him with his doggo, Cosmo. Not only does Dallas have an answer for just about any question in the flooring industry, but most likely he has actually personally done whatever it is you are wondering about!
Jeff B. was great to work with. He was very thoughtful as he approached our project, a great communicator and was flexible as we had problems pop up with our project (not due to Dallas Watson!). Very happy with their shower install, tiling and marmo install. Plus, they were so speedy! I'm an older guy with lots of experience with vendors, having built 2 custom homes and dealt with many companies in all parts of washington state.

We have three carpeted rooms to our house that were in sore need of new carpeting. Even though we had to work through the COVID-19 protocols for home visits and such, we had a very good experience with Dallas Watson Flooring. From Laura, our floor consultant, Caroline, our scheduler, to Ronda, who processed our payments; everything went smoothly. The two gentlemen that came out to actually install the flooring were extremely professional, considerate, and neat in their workspace area. I hired Dallas Watson Flooring for both new engineered wood floors and quartz counter tops in my Seattle high rise condo. They were both amazing and easy to work with. Worked with Laura VanBrunt on the front end who really knew her stuff, and Caroline Jordan on the office end who was always helpful and easy to communicate with. Their installers were both thorough and very clean. I would definitely recommend this company. I'll post pictures of the finished project at a later date. It looks amazing!

Didn't use their service but already shocked at their suggestion when i told them i was waiting on painting to be done while they had a slot looking to fill:
"We could always install the carpet before he paints? That way he won't have to do any touch-up to the baseboards."
what kind of logic is that? when a business doesn't consider the overall good for the customers, i will never do business with them.

About 4 years ago Dallas Watson Flooring (DWF) installed our hallway and bathroom flooring (Luxury sheet vinyl from Mannington). They did an excellent job!
Recently a couple of small areas were damaged by a need to use a Hoyer lift (to transfer a wheelchair-bound person) for an extended period of time. I was heartbroken since "my" design is not being sold anymore.
But thankfully DWF has a gifted installer (at least one) who was able to use remnants from the original installation to replace the damaged sections. He did a fabulous job and it is impossible to tell where the new parts are! I am so

Our experience with Dallas Watson Flooring was incredible. We reached out to them via Yelp last fall and they promptly responded to set an appointment. We worked with Sailor (the absolute best). She was cool, friendly, and knowledgeable. We picked out a beautiful carpet and the installers were amazing as well. Unfortunately 6 weeks after the carpet was installed, we had some water get into the lower level of our home. We really wanted to save the carpet. I enjoyed my experience. My project was a basement floor selection and installation. Briefly, I was evaluating floor options to blend with hardwood flooring in the rest of the house. DW introduced to vinyl tile that looks like cement. I wasn't sure and took a sample home. Well, the look is fresh, clean and cool. I love it. I also appreciate the encouragement regarding several decisions such the option to replace the existing tile by the doorway. Professional team and service. I recommend DW.

Ami and the DW team were amazing. They pulled out all the stops in the time of C-19 and we felt safe the whole time. They did a lot of work for us: polishing our current hardwoods as well as installation of new hardwoods and tile. All was done perfectly.

Dallas Watson's team members were the definition of professionalism from end to end on our project. Their process stood out from the first call, as they sent Amy out for a free estimate without hesitation (even when we were in the very early/feasibility stages of our project). The show room is conveniently located in Georgetown with weekend hours, and their selection is above and beyond the big box hardware stores. They installed carpet and LVP for us and took care of every detail including trim repair and door shaving that we didn't even consider upfront. If you want to be happy with the process

High-quality, professional work with respectable contractors and management who went above and beyond on our bathroom remodel. We hired them to tile the tub surround, add a niche, and lay our floor tile. They were so precise and asked a lot of questions before getting started. The team was very experienced, focused, and kept a clean job site. Dallas Watson knocked it out of the park and is now our "go-to" for all tile work moving forward! We're very pleased. :)

I very much appreciate Roman taking the time to ask questions and reevaluate my flooring issues prior to starting. He was able to save 3/4 boxes of flooring materials after taking a closer examination.
The installation was done within 1-2 hours. He even went out of his way to fix a nail that's popping out of the floor on another level. He did an awesome job!

I've used Dallas Watson Flooring in the past to refinish and drain my hardwood floors to match a swatch sample. I only used them after our general contractor flooring company messed up the color 4 times and we barely had any thickness left to do it again. Dallas Watson nailed the color on their first try.
