Vogel's is the best! I've used them twice now, for carpet in a bedroom and new vinyl flooring in my kitchen. They're super easy to work with, have a large selection of high quality materials, and reasonable prices/options for different price points. I love that you can take samples home with you to see how they will look in the space. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Worked with Vogel’s on replacing three floors of my house with different flooring (engineered hardwood, LVP, and carpet.) I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Vogel’s. They kept me informed throughout the process including estimate, scheduling, timeline of receiving materials and communicating details throughout the actual install. Great local floor covering option that has been in Seattle for a long time. Our experience was positive and our new floor looks wonderful. Good communication and Vogel's was able to accommodate our tight installation schedule. After the flooring was done, my wife and I asked ourselves why we didn't do it sooner! Installers, estimators and all the office staff were pleasant and professional.

We started our project with another highly-rated company but quickly terminated the relationship because the customer service (responsiveness and knowledge) was so bad.
We contacted Vogel’s and got the dream team of the flooring world: Craig, Hector, Jennifer and Holly. Customer service was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, patient and creative.
Our hardwoods turned out great and the process was pleasant and easy. Hector is a true craftsman and was so hard-working and clean.

The gift that keeps on giving. The carpet installers arrived late because of the snow, OK, happens to anyone. Then they stayed until well past 10 pm with their music playing at top volume. We paid extra for them to move some furniture as part of the carpet install, they arrived without tools. "Do you have any tools we can borrow?" Sure. Finally 'finished' with the job -- "we forgot to bring a vacuum, can we borrow yours." Sure. They go to leave - finally- and we find 5 - 10 places where the carpet seam is gapped an inch or more - you can stand at one end of the

Amazing customer service and professionalism from Vogel's. I called about a strange dip we noticed in our floor, and spoke with Craig, who was very helpful and asked me to send in an email writing about my problem in more detail. After I did, Carli was prompt and friendly as we wrote back and forth figuring out next steps. A few days later, Scott came to our house to examine the floor, and my husband told me that he was fantastic: obviously an expert in his field, and very willing to help. He was careful and smart in diagnosing our issue.

We had a great experience getting Vogel's to install our carpet, from getting help in the store browsing different carpet models, to being on time for measuring and installing, to dealing with (expected but) unexpected hiccups during demolition, to finishing the project on time. The whole crew and front office were great. I would definitely recommend them.

We had serious water damage after several rooms flooded due to a faulty upper bathroom turnoff, and decided to replace all our carpets after the rehabilitation. Fortunately a very trusted source pointed us to Vogel's carpet.
They really helped us pick out the best carpet for our needs with patience and no pressure whatsoever, even though it took several months.
All along, we fretted about how challenging it would be, repacking all our things and moving china cabinets, bureaus, bookcases etc.

Vogel's did a great job for us and we're happy with the result. Vogel's was recommended to us by a friend and we stopped by the store. At the store, the staff did a good job of educating my wife and I on the basics of carpet, the key considerations we should be mindful of in choosing a particular carpet, walking us through the samples they had, and getting us some samples to take home. They were also easy to schedule an in-home consult to provide an estimate and the installation went well. And the product itself is great--we are very happy with the carpet. It looks and feels great

I've used Vogel's Carpet twice for flooring in my Seattle condo and the results were terrific each time. I came in last month looking to update my bedroom floors to the same flooring I used a few years ago. The flooring is no longer available, but John helped me pick out a different style at a reasonable price. Since I don't have a car, John even dropped off and picked up the samples from my condo! It looks amazing and I ended up getting my bathroom and kitchen done as well. The work was done in 3 days - 1 less than the initial estimate. They are super helpful, especially if you aren't 100% sure
