When you're going through what's arguably one of the worst milestones of your life it's important to have a good team on your side. You aren't thinking rationally, emotions closing your judgement, and it's likely the first (and hopefully only) time you've gone through this process. A lawyer is supposed to protect the interest of their client. It turned that my lawyer sold me out for the benefit of the other party. It was a rip off, most of the time you only deal with the paralegals. I was charged for a trial fee (on top of the retainers) and my lawyer decided to turn it around and do a settlement agreement. I tried to get the money back since there was no trial. Nope, they pocketed it. The lawyer was unprepared too because she was asking me information that was like 8 or 9 years ago and I gave them all the records/documents that they need since day 1.

It took some time after Hiring this law firm to get the ball rolling but they did. There was a issue with communication with everyone not being on the same page. Had it addressed and resolved the issue. Moving forward, playing everything by ear. Prayers that things fall into my favor for my child’s sake. Sharol has been a big help.

I have had the honor in having to deal with Family Law Matters. Everyone is correct in stating this firm should NOT be allowed to practice Family law in the State of California and/or Riverside County.
In my option and in personal dealing with this firm they have violated many ethics in family law. I believe in my option this is why most judges and other attorney's as well as our community do NOT respect this firm and their behavior.
