My husband has chronic pain due to injuries and anxiety. I wanted to give him a calming experience with a practitioner that would customize his massage around his trouble areas and help loosen his tense muscles. I did not want a cookie cutter experience for his first ever massage. By some miracle, I found Norma from recommendations in a local facebook page. She has glowing reviews so I booked him a massage. Norma was professional and made me feel very comfortable the minute I met her. Her consultation was thorough & covered everything that I expected from my massage treatment. Norma listened to what I shared with her and applied therapy based on my needs. She didn't do the cookie cutter massage that most therapists have done on me before. I need targeted therapy for pain relief and help range of motion after I broke my arm and have rods in my spine from scoliosis surgery. She addressed my needs perfectly and it was the most effective massage I've ever experienced. Highly recommend Norma!

I have tried other massage therapist from time to time and only had one back in another state that was worth the time and money. Glad to have found Norma Kitt here in the Knoxville area. She is better than the one I had found in another state. Focuses on the areas that are giving me problems. I am moving better and have less pain after her therapy session.

Norma is an amazing massage specialist. She takes the time to get to know you and ask you where you need the most attention. She is able to intuitively meet your needs. I always feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated after a session with her. I am definitely going to continue to see her when I need to de-stress and to help with body pain.

I really wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't ever really enjoyed any type of body work and I heard the MAT sessions could be painful. Pain was not a part of my session and for the first time in quite a while my body didn't hurt. I felt really relaxed, and I came away with some good stretches that I can do on my own between sessions. It's the next day and I still feel good. I'm looking forward to my next session.
