Services
A licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Sedona School of Massage. Holly offers a potent combination of hands on bodywork methods and movement designed to make lasting change in the body. She specializes in myofascial release, therapeutic bodywork, connective tissue, energy work, healing and movement therapy including aspects of yoga, dance, sensual movement, primal movement and awareness.
Anima Flow is movement exploration and movement therapy. We use movement to tap into our physical and emotional blockages. It is also a space to express oneself creatively and emotionally. A place where we have full permission to move freely, unguarded, release powerful storages of pain and open up our bodies to be clear channels to the divine.
Instructional Parties: $650 for up to 10 people, $45 pp for more than 10. Parties are held on site at your location or at the Anima Flow Movement & Bodywork studio at 1785 AZ 89a Suite 1E Sedona, AZ 86336. A 7 day cancellation policy is required for parties. One half of the total cost is due at the time of booking and is non refundable.
We carry generations of ancestral baggage within us. We are living in a time when the gender paradigm is changing. Gender control, ownership, labels and sexual ownership and the power dynamic is changing. Many of us already feel this and are called to change. Along our path we sometimes encounter blockages.
A movement and performance artist to her core, Holly continues to bring her heart and soul to the stage. Holly is available for pole dance, avant garde and performance art at your event or party. I have worked with Holly on many fronts. As an instructor she is dedicated to her students, professional in her attitude but yet still makes the instruction fun. Her professionalism shines through again as a performer. Always trying to bring meaning and emotion into her performance. She is not afraid to use her art to say something meaningful. She thinks outside the box and let's her strength and power shine through.
