As the practice manager and sedation coordinator at Pearl Pediatric Dental, Whitney brings leadership to guide daily operations of the practice including administrative coordination. She is also a Certified Dental Assistant. Whitney is one of the first team members at Pearl Pediatric Dental. Whitney and her husband, Josh moved to Florida from West Virginia where they rescued their sweet dog, Olive.
In her free time she enjoys creating projects to add to her Etsy shop! Whitney & Josh recently welcomed their first baby boy. Whitney enjoys creating a fun environment for the children & ensuring they leave with a smile on their face! Danielle is our insurance/billing and treatment plan coordinator.

Dr. Morvarid Moini, better known as Dr. M&M to the kids, grew up in Melbourne, FL. She attended Indialantic Elementary, Holy Name of Jesus for middle school, and MCC for high school. Originally, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Florida International University. Later she found a passion in dentistry and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
Pediatric dentists are trained specialists who solely work with children from ages 6 months up to 18 years old. The specialty focuses on comprehensive dental and oral health and preventative care to aid in the proper eruption and exfoliation of primary and permanent teeth.
Pediatric dentists attend a 2 year specialty post-doctorate program that prepares them with tips and tricks to help children feel safe and comfortable while receiving optimal dental treatment.With training in BLS, PALS, and sedation, they are the best trained individuals to assist your child with their oral health.

Love this pediatric dentist! I have a son with autism and they were so great with him. The best pediatric dentist I’ve used (I’ve moved around the country quite a bit and seen 6 different pediatric dentists for my children). Professional and kind staff. Looking forward to their new office opening. Highly recommend.

Loved our experience at Pearl Pediatrics. Everyone from the front desk staff to the higienist and Dentist were super friendly and made my girls’ dentist experience one of a kind! They have always been super nervous (and who likes dentist visits?) about visiting the dentist but this office makes it so easy in everyone. I highly recommend this office!

Pearl Pediatric Dental is the most amazing dentist in all of Brevard county! My daughter has special needs (Down syndrome) and they have always been absolutely amazing and patient with her. The staff and the doctor are so very kind, and conservative with treatment. My daughter was put to sleep through IV Sedation at this office and the whole procedure went thoroughly and smooth as could be! I am so glad to of found such an appreciative dental home for my family ♥️ I commend and recommend them for their fantastic approach with children, and love seeing them out in the community at various events

Everyone was so nice and did a great job! I brought my two sons in for their first dental appointment. One of them was very anxious about having his teeth cleaned and being at the dentist. Sully was amazing! She had so much patience with him and by The end of the visit he was asking when he got to come back and see her again. The dentist and office staff were equally as great!

I switched my kids over to Pearl after hearing how great it was. It has been an awesome experience with everything. The staff is awesome and the doctors are awesome and make both of my kids feel really comfortable. I will always recommend this dental office. We've been here for a consult, cleaning, exam and extraction. So glad we made the change and we absolutely love it here.

It was our first visit today at Pearl Pediatric Dental and we could not have been happier! I was very nervous about how my 3 year old twins would do and the staff made us feel right at home! Whitney was wonderful with teaching the kids about their teeth and calming their nerves about trying something new. Dr. M was amazing with them as well! She took time to teach us and them about their teeth and was explained everything she was doing to the kids. They truly go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. So happy we found them!

I should have written this years ago, but here goes my first google review. I am so happy with my 3 children’s dentist. Dr. M&M is so thorough, kind, and just amazing at her job. My kids love the clean nicely decorated office. They actually have fun going there, and any nerves are squashed naturally by their caring thoughtful staff.
