They love exploiting off of broke college students. They also admitted to doing business without ethics… sounds illegal to me.

Be very careful with this company they are not professional at all in my case my car was towed without any reason with the valid stiker when I am going to pick it up after having personal consequences they just tell you sorry, the supervisor Antonio gives me a number to do a claim to another company and this phone or email never works so I tell you very carefully with this company they are not serious and neither are professionals

Very unprofessional the towing dude tried to tow my car with my boyfriend in the vehicle and me standing behind the car and still tried to tow my car while I was standing behind it and hit me the the towing hook and I even explained to the driver that he hit my ankle and he did not care so I had to call the police and he finally left but when he unhooked my car he dropped my car while it was still in the air and when I called the manager acted like he could careless.. YOU GUYS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT DUDE NEEDS TO BE FIRED 😘

They towed my car from my assigned parking only because I had not attached the plate renewal sticker. The registration was actually valid! When I went to pick up my car I had to wait more than an hour under rain for someone to show up! Then I had to deal with an aggressive and rude person to finally get my car!

When I arrived at the lot and as i was paying for my toll, Richard really helped my day get better. He drove me to the location of my car and helped get it out of the lot. Richard is a very ambitious and wise person. He has a lot in him that’s makes him a great individual. The time and the assistance he gave me did not get unnoticed.

This company is very good to use when you want to have your car towed away. I spoke to Caesar who was informative, helpful and understanding since this was the second company I had to called to assist me with situation I had.

Cesar was kind and informative on the phone offering solutions to accommodate my needs. Richard was an amazing communicator from start to finish, calling with an ETA, another to confirm he was on schedule and a third time to follow up letting me know that my car had been delivered safely to its destination. Outstanding service all around, highly recommend!!

My car is a problem starting and I called Prestige doe a tow and repair. Richard, the tow truck driver was amazing! He performed some mechanical magic on my car to get the front wheels to turn straight so it could be towed to the repair shop. I wasn’t able to figure it out, and he patiently explained how to correct the issue, so at least the car could be towed properly. I highly recommend Prestige for all your towing and car repair needs.
