We had such an amazing floor experience here! They have really wonderful selections, ranging from many species and budgets. We've been to over 10 flooring showrooms and the service and knowledge here was by far the best. George and Pasquire were incredibly helpful working within our budget while still showing us multiple options and explaining to us the differences within those options.

What you see is NOT what you get and shockingly HORRIBLE customer service
Long Story Short - The sample boards you sign off on and the images on their website which go with the samples are definitely not what you will receive (see pictures). Additionally, they DO NOT stand behind their products. When shown the problems with the wood we received, their only offer was for us to buy more wood from them (which obviously a ridiculous option). They advised that buying more wood would help us find wood that would match the control sample they gave us and give us the uniform look we

I bought an entire house of wood flooring from PID, site unseen.I was totally reliant on their web-site, samples and phone conversations, and they shipped the wood from NY to MD ( where my house is located). First, I went to many flooring company's in my city ( metro DC) and none had nearly close to the wide variety of floors as does PID. Second, their web-site is fantastic, and allows you see what the flooring will looks like in a room. Moreover, the web-site gives you ALL the information you need about each floor. Found PID from a referral from our contractor - what a great store, incredible selection of modern and timeless floors - we chose to go with River Edge at first, but due to a delay with COVID, the team easily transitioned us to Hope at a discount to account for the mishaps. We had them installed in our new apt on the UES and are just so happy with the way they came out. I initially did the measuring for how much we needed and we ordered almost 200 sf too much, the PID team was gracious enough to allow us to bring them back to receive a refund for the unused still wrapped portions. I purchased floors from PID because I fell in love with a floor that they carried that I couldn't find anywhere else. They were more than I wanted to spend but since I loved them I got them. There was a slight glitch when they were delivered (which I think was partially my fault). When I called PID and spoke to Charles (my salesperson) he could not have been more concerned or attentive. The next day he and someone from the office came to inspect the floors, and their only concern was making me happy.
