My single parent daughters car was towed in on 8/31/2021 with overheating problems from coolant loss. This was a warranty issue. Service department did not look at it until 9/13/2021. She was told that the entire radiator has to be replaced and other work, due to a leak in the radiator. The warranty adjuster then looked at it and could not see that there was a radiator leak. After multiple calls and voicemails on 9/13, 14, 15 left to Shelly Duba at Husker Cadillac, I was called back finally on 9/15/2021 and was told that the mechanic had kidney stones and that I'd be called on 9/16/2021. My experience with Husker Cadillac lasted over the course of a couple of weeks. I first called to ask about an appointment and quote for a bad thermostat. I was transferred to the service department to get some information and was told I would get a call back with a quote. After a week, no call. Decided to call again to make an appointment for the next weekend and when the woman on the phone couldn't schedule the appointment (presumably because their Cadillac specialist wouldn't be in) she checked another date, same thing, went to ask her manager/Cadillac specialist if there would be
