You need a credit check to test drive a vehicle. I'm not taking a hit on my credit report for a test drive. This is the only dealership I have ever been to where you had to do that. They usually just photocopy your license and you're good. I have seen your reply and you are mistaken. Your salesperson, Jason, confirmed to me when I questioned the credit check for a test drive. He said it would be a medium hit on my report. Also, I did not test drive the Niro. I looked at it. I sat in it. But I didn't drive it because of the credit check deal.

Bad experience, bad attendance. Went there to buy a car, they said they could sell just a specific car to me (because of my income), I asked the price and they said they wouldn't tell me the price of the car unless I say I would buy that. I left the place and bought my car at Sid Dillon where I was very well attended and treated respectfully.

Professional staff and decent service to get your Kia serviced. I like the waiting lounge with snacks and popcorn in it. However, they lack nitrogen machine for inflating tires even though the Kia itself recommends it.

If I could give zero stars I would! My motor locked up and I took it in to get fixed. I had a salvaged title but still wanted to get my car fixed. I got a engine for $1,500 but labor fees were more than $3,000. But I did what I had to. I got my car about a month later! On my home with my car. My car stopped working... because there was a major… coolant leak. And Kia made me drive my car back to the dealership. And when I asked to just get tied they told me I would have to pay for it. Jason was the best to work with. I came in because I had an accident earlier in the day and was desperate need of a new car so I could make sure I got the kids to school the next day and get to work. Jason made me and my family feel very welcome and was very patient with my step kids. Drove away with a 2018 nissan versa and I love it. I will always take my business there from now on.

I wanted to trade in a vehicle (kbb for the Lincoln zipcode) in just 'good' condition was 35k+ in the middle of the chart. Mine is what I would consider excellent condition, middle of the road for trade in is 36.5k. KofL offered me 31.5k. What a joke. On top of that they were trying to sell the vehicle I had my eye on for 2k over MSRP, also a joke we're talking about a KIA, not a BMW i8 or equivalent. I've bought a lot of cars in my day and this is by far the worst service I've ever encountered in the car industry, that's saying a lot....Look hard at the reviews of

We have bought 3 Kias at this dealership. We like the automobiles but if you need to have them serviced, be sure you have the time and patients with the service center. Recently I've been in 3 times for the same thing. My back up camera stopped working so I brought it in. It was there all day only to let us know it needed a new camera. (they also fixed my hood that would not open, and did an oil change... all day?) The new camera came in. I waited over an hour to find out they couldn't get to the camera because the mounting block was rusted so needed to order a new one. Don&apos

Kia came to me highly recommended by an old friend. Their vehicles are overpriced and one has to haggle hard just to get an "meh" deal. Their Service Dept. closes at 5:30 and isn't great for those who work until 5pm. I bought a vehicle because I'd looked for awhile and mine was on it's last legs. If I'd had more time, I would've bought elsewhere.

I would not recommend that anyone shop here. They are way overpriced and rip off artists. I was quoted $450.00/month lease payment with 2k down payment on a 2013 KIA Optima. Um, are you joking? Pretty sure i'd be looking at Luxury vehicles for that price. Then 5 minutes later all of the sudden they were able to come down to $390/month with first month payment due at signing. I am so glad i left there, now i'm enjoying my 2014 Buick Regal from Plaza in Omaha for around $100 less than that i was offered at Kia of Lincoln.
