The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. They take the time to explain what is needed and why.
Communication is excellent, with text notifications, emails, and phone calls all options. They will send reminders of services needed, but they do not push or oversell.
The workmanship is top notch, and very reasonably priced.

Car would not start, called Lakeview. Referred towing company and they got the car and dropped off to Lakeview. They were able to solve the issue. It took a day, but since I did not have an appointment, I was glad they were able to fit me into their schedule. Second time I have gone there. Super nice and good work performed.

Man at the front desk was great, he was very hospitable and explained the things I didn't understand very well. Took awhile but the waiting room is comfy. When I got my car back it was in the same condition as I gave it to them in. Would definitely recommend it!

They did a front end alignment and told me I needed new tire rods, at a cost of $900. I had my mechanic check, I checked and there is no problem with the tire rods. I am severely disappointed that companies still lie about repairs is the age of such easy to access information

Very through had them do quite a large job bringing back an older truck to road worthyness. It's like having a brand new vehicle for a third the cost of buying new. Do yourself a favor find a good well built older vehicle and let Lakeview get it ready to drive you won't be disappointed and your pocket book will thank you as well. Let's face it new cars are just far too expensive. When you can spend a few dollars on a older car and drive it without car a payment, cheaper insurance and taxes. I have known the owner of this business my entire life honesty, integrity, and knowledgeable about all things

I needed a tire fixed and was pleased to find out that they actually patch the tire and not plug it like most do. The people I dealt with on the phone were very pleasant. When I arrived I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome. The wait was comfortable, with nice facilities like a couch, TV, water, coffee, a drink machine, a table, and free wifi.. I was very pleased and joined their rewards program which offers some nice perks.
