Very nice, helpful, and professional. Honest with work needing done. Quote you in advance. Discuss with you explaining what and why is causing problem and needing fixed. Leaves it up to you to decide what you want to do. I feel they genuinely look out for you. I would highly recommend to anyone needing automotive work and repairs that you would be taken care of here. They are competitive with good, reputable mechanic shops.

S&S had did some work for me last year and I had to bring the car back this year because I didn't have any heat. One of the parts that was put in went bad and it was part of the problem that me to have no heat. Long story short they called me to let me know that part was still under warranty and they would replace the part but I would have to pay for the labor to put it in. I really appreciated their honesty and they do not do any work without your approval first. I have recommended family members and friends to get their work done at S&S.

I'm so grateful I found these guys. They are the most honest & professional car care that I have found in the last 4 yrs. Allen & Ricky have done everything to keep me safe in my BMW & Ford Ranger without any "upselling" or false claims to added services. I can't say enough about them going the extra mile. We moved her from out of state and don't have a "go to" trusted mechanic. I looked at reviews and came across S&S and figured I'd give them a try with my car which had developed a grinding noise from what I expected was the front wheel. As it turned out they looked at it, said it was due to some rust buildup on the rear brake rotor, machined it and it was ready to go. Very honest and trustworthy. I then took my wife's car there to have the ac checked and they serviced that without issue for reasonable price also. I would highly recommend using this shop.

I LOVE them and I will mot go anywhere else from now on. Prices reasonable, services top notch, and finance options in a crunch helped tremendously as a single parent!! Thank goodness I was sent to them. I felt well taken care of, for once, from a car shop instead of robbed blind.

I'm so happy I stopped here for a new pair of tires for my truck. I had had a rough time the morning before when I caught a flat and I'm so relieved that S&S could get me new tires on my vehicle so quickly. They were very professional, friendly, helpful and honest and I will continue to shop here for my tires in the future. Highly recommend. 😊

Friendly staff, but needed 1 motor mount replaced, which is a small piece, on top, a few bolts taken off and put on... not a very long or laborious job. Charged $80+ for labor, for a very short job. Was kinda shocked at the labor charge for what I know it entailed... nice clean bathroom and waiting area.

Do not go here this place is a rip off my car was not knocking when it went there come out knocking Cost me 600$. And now my freaking engine is knocking I do not recommend to anyone this place Never again will I be screwed over like this I have a job and a toddler and they tell my it's drive able really would you drive your kid in it not to mention they made it worst then before and I am out that money Oil change spark plugs fuel regulator and valve gasket no it's knocking. I didn't go for engine work. And now it knocking. They did something and no I am out a car
