I went to Fit For a Purpose on a whim since I was in Atlanta for the holidays. The fitness instructors and the participants were so friendly and inviting to a newcomer. I took their MixxedFit class and it was so fun! I actually forgot that we were exercising and felt like I was dancing with friends. But it was a great workout - challenging enough with the option to modify if needed. Just when I thought it was over, she had us repeat positive affirmations. Such a great way to end class. It's not everyday that you walk into a gym or studio and instantly feel at home, but Fit For a Purpose is definitely THAT place. The studio is clean, well maintained, and you can tell that there is a lot of time invested in making it a comfortable space full of LOVE (there is even an entire Hot Pink LOVE wall!). All of the members are inviting and friendly and the Owner, Christina is so kind and professional.

I never thought I would enjoy working out but when I connected with F.F.A.P I became more and more enthused to working out. It's not simply working out but it is so much more.
