One your employees decided to come to my business and completely berate and belittle me and cuss me out in front of other customers because my store is short staffed and he waited a little longer then he would have liked. We are now stuck out in the middle of small town, Texas, and at a country cemetery. We called Jorge's and an angel answered. He said he would have someone call us and they did. They had to come to us 30 minutes away but Ignacio arrived with a smile and his truck. VERY professional but engaging. We definitely called the right company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again...and hopefully we won't need them....lol.
