The customer service from Canton Flower Shop was above and beyond my expectations. They were not only able to create a beautiful arrangement for my Wife and Mother In Law but they also delivered them to there hotel room and took video and photos of the reaction.
If you need flowers and your in the area stop by here.

Such personable service! I wanted something fresh, cheerful, and long-lasting for my cousin who lost her father. The arrangement was gorgeous, exotic, extravagant, huge, with lilies that will bloom for weeks to come, and birds-of-paradise that remind her of living in Hawaii. Ed from the flower shop coordinated the delivery for perfect timing, and he texted me a photo after delivery. I can see my cousin beaming with joy! I am so grateful. I definitely picked the right flower shop.

Wow! So many fake 5 stars reviews!
This shop deserves 0 star! The lady/own was extremely rude and aggressive! We came in to ask the prices for flowers and she was yelling/screaming at us. YOU DON'T NEED TO YELL we could hear you just fine. The guy tried to explain everything to us and she interrupted him and continued her yelling!!! I don't care if you have the best quality of flowers in your shop you don't deserve my money!
Don't come get your flowers here, there are way better shops and service around Chinatown.

It was unfortunate the reason I had to contact the flower shop. A sudden loss in my family of someone truly loved and truly from SF could not have been celebrated any better than with the beautiful spray Ed and his florists made for me.
I wanted to get flowers from SF natives, this is a long standing, generational florist shop in Chinatown - Ed knows the city and can get your florals where you need promptly.
I asked for a yellow and white spray with accents of purple and that's exactly what I got. The arrangement was lush and flowers diverse (it was a hard day), so we do not have many photos

I didn't think about I would comment a flower store ever.
This is my first time to purchase a flower tub for my frd's restaurant grand opening. I ordered one day before. Unfortunately, I need to place order through the phone since I unable to come to store. Other nearby flower shop is still running the pretty old school style business which I can't place order through the phone. I feel lucky I found Canton Flower Shop. A women took my order, I believe she is Lisa what other comments mention with. She told me flower is 125$, tree is 135. She recommend me picked tree because it stays

Where do I begin?!?!? This is the most accommodating, above and beyond, grateful, customer friendly business I’ve ever dealt with. My wife was out of town for our first year anniversary and we promised, “ not to get each other anything” and might I add, she was at a conference in San Francisco and we live in Kansas City. I found this shop because i only shop local and Ed was my representative at Canton. I told him my price point, what i wanted and when I’d like it delivered. He went above and beyond. Not only did he go above and beyond, i don’t know what I’m going to do next year?!

This plant shop is exactly why I will always pick a mom and pop shop before going to some place like Home Depot! Ed and his wife are amazing people with such big hearts. They love what they do and you can tell the moment you start talking to them. I needed plants for my new office and said I needed them the next day with no heads up prior and he pulled it together without question for me. While planning which plants to get they went over all the options and helped me pick what would be best for our needs. He knows what he is talking about! Such good people so if you are in need of a bit of greenery

Another old time business, the third generation of this Chinatown family now runs this.
The grandfather started in Ross alley, famous for the popular Golden Gate Fortune Cookie factory and the erh hu playing barber seen in Will Smith's " Pursuit of Happiness " movie. They've since moved to Waverly Place.
These days, my florist orders are mostly of the 'get well' variety or funeral arrangements. I recently stopped in to order two arrangements for a funeral for two groups of friends. The process was easy as I gave him a budget, the information (who, when, and where

All the 1-star reviews about Canton Flower Shop are correct. I totally agree.
Lisa, the manager who was also a great salesperson, and that's all she does. She would promise us this and that, but does not deliver. When we drop by the day to order, she showed us pictures of past jobs. We chose our color scheme and let Lisa know. Again, promises were made. Well, guess what? On the day of, the flowers were delivered, but it was nothing like the pictures nor the color scheme we wanted.
Most importantly, Lisa changed an important decision without consulting us. No phone calls, no notification

Found this place by accident. My wedding orchid headpiece was elegant and beautiful. It went very well with my Chinese gown and Qua. Lisa took her time and creativity and made me the most gorgeous headpiece I've ever worn. Her patience and dedication to her work is amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Especially for you future brides, Lisa can make you the beautiful, gorgeous floral arrangement and headpieces for your wedding.

My experience was totally bad here. The person that was helping me was doing an awful job! I asked the worker for an explanation of the style and significance of Chinese funeral arrangements and all she said was with her finger pointing "They are over there!". Wow, she was Yelling at me! I guess she was having a bad day... So I just walked right out the door! I will not support this business!

I have had problems with his flower shop. When I called to address the issues everyone who kept answering the phone denied knowing if I was a customer.
Now I see why there was a problem. It's owned by Ed Jew, who is under federal indictment for shaking down store owners for $80,000 cash to make their problems with City government go away.
Jew is a liar and he runs his business in the same rude and dishonest manner as he used City Hall to line his pockets with cash.
I hope when he goes to prison that his businesses close down.
