My flower stems are put in a special sponge. I don't recommend taking them out. If you take the stems out and then put them back - the sponge won't be "working" on flowers and they will dry out soon. Please don't take flowers out of the sponge. Inside the box there is a special floristic sponge that is moisturizing the flowers.

My bouquet was a dream, exactly how I wanted. It was super easy to order ( on their website), Anastasiya was attentive and quickly responded to me on Instagram when I messaged her about colors and details. They delivered it to my hotel early in the morning and I couldn’t stop smiling when I saw how beautiful it was. The boutonnière was also perfect. You can see the love of what they do through their beautiful products. Thank you so much!

I couldn't be more impressed with this company. I was looking for a flower delivery service that did same day deliveries and I stumbled upon Bloom Gallery. I ordered the Sweet Heart Bloom Box for a friend that just lost her dog. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and the ordering process was seamless. I placed the order around 10am and the flowers were delivered by 3:30. I couldn't believe how fast the turn around was but more than anything I taken back by how beautiful the flowers were! It was really something special. This is my new go to flower shop. I am so happy I discovered

They offered a helpful online consultation (unable to meet in person due to the pandemic) and delivered some beautiful bouquets. They were slightly different from the inspiration pic I had sent but were lovely nonetheless. And afterward I took the succulents that were used in the bouquet and planted them in pot as a memento, they're thriving!

I was looking for last minute flowers for my intimate civil ceremony celebration with my family. I found Bloom Gallery through IG and Yelp and saw the great reviews. What also made me choose Bloom Gallery was how easy the order process was and the pricing transparency. I didn't want or need anything super extravagant as well for my civil ceremony reception lunch . I just needed a few , 3 medium to small sized centerpieces for the restaurant to make it feel a little extra special for our day than just another meal at a restaurant. They were able to deliver to the restaurant within the time I asked

I was looking for a florist last minute, like the week before our marriage and I searched around and stumbled upon Bloom gallery through IG and Yelp.
It was easy because I could easily order my flowers online. That's what made it super easy and stress free and such a huge time saver.
I ordered 3 small flower boxes to set on our table for lunch at our restaurant and they were beautiful!
I wasn't very picky on the type of flowers at all my preferences were pretty minimal , I just asked for whites and ivories

Anastasiya made our bridal bouquet and boutonniere for a June 2021 SF City Hall elopement. Anastasiya was wonderful for so many reasons. Firstly, she incorporated by favorite flowers in the bouquet and was communicative in asking for pictures of my dress to make sure everything flowed. Secondly, she knew it was a City Hall wedding in the morning and took the initiative to schedule an alternate delivery time early in the morning so the flowers would be fresh and look great. I really appreciated that she took it upon herself to do that because it was one less thing I had to think about on my wedding

Bloom gallery flowers recently delivered a beautiful birthday bouquet to my girlfriend in San Francisco. Customer service was excellent. ORDER YOUR FLOWERS HERE! You will not regret! This is the best flower design business I've ever come across! Anastasiya, the owner, is so accommodating and fast to respond, which only means she truly cares about her business. My order was very last minute, but it was no problem at all. However, I do recommend to email or text them first if it is a same-day order. They hand deliver all flowers, which is another indication of how good and serious they are about customer satisfaction! Thank you! I will definitely order again!

My husband and I got married in May, and I searched long and hard for a florist that would see my vision and want to get on board to make it happen for us. This was more difficult than I had expected - until I found Bloom Gallery Flowers! Anastasiya was lovely to work with, and took great care to make sure she got every detail the way I wanted it. She was also good to communicate with me about what could be done, what could be attempted but not guaranteed, etc. It was so nice to work with her, and I felt excited to see how everything would look.

I needed some last-minute flowers delivered to my sister and I am so glad that I chose Bloom Gallery Flowers. I was able to order online, the delivery was quick and the communication with the florist was great. Everything was done online and the florist sent me a picture of the arrangement once it was delivered. The flowers were beautiful, my sister loved them! I think the prices were reasonable. It's hard to find a good florist and I highly recommend Bloom Gallery Flowers.

I have nothing my good things to say about my experience with Bloom! The flowers were gorgeous and the service was beyond amazing! The site’s chat feature allowed me to message Anastasiya who arranged and delivered the flowers; making the whole experience feel so personal. She delivered the flowers on time and my friend who the flowers were for said that the woman was kind and proud of the arrangement she made! We had such a great experience with Bloom gallery. I love to order from Anastasia - the owner. She is always open to create something special for any occasion. Prices are affordable for custom boxes as she makes. She also delivers herself, and it’s always on time even if it’s 3 am. When I’m thinking about the best present I’m thinking about Bloom gallery. Anastasiya is a true gem of a florist. I had such a pleasure working with her and the flower bouquets she put together were absolutely stunning. I received lots of comments about how gorgeous the flowers were. I knew that I wanted to use anemones in my bouquet and Anastasiya guided me through several options of what we can do. She was very generous with her time to brainstorm a perfect arrangement. On top of everything, you get a great value for the price. Every mom is unique & beautiful just like every bloombox flower. I came across Bloom gallery page on Facebook and I knew I had to order my mom some of these beautiful flowers. Anastasia And her team completely rock.
