These guys are the best! But a big thank you to Josh Camacho for going above and beyond for us! We went to a few different places and got turned away and was very hesitant about trying again but Josh took his time with us and promised to make something work, from picking up my husband from his work location and staying to see it through to the end! I cannot emphasize the customer service they provided, which made us wonder why we even wasted our time at the other places! They definitely are the best at it!

Probably the worst headache I've dealt with ever buying a car from this dealership. Not only did they sale my fiancé a car that I later discovered the tires were balding. It's been problem after problem less than three weeks after getting the vehicle. They should not be allowed to conduct business anymore with standards like this. Selling death traps to people.

While looking on cars.com for one of my dream cars I came across a dealership that had the right one that I as looking for! I inquired about it and got an immediate response. I came down to check it out and Ryan the salesperson was more than happy to show it. The best part was that when I showed up it was sitting right in the parking lot for me to test drive looking brand new and clean. I test drove it and came back the next day to buy it. Shaun the manager ran all the numbers for me and helped me so that I was able to take it home that same day! I was also offered a job as a lot tech the same

Ryan gets 5 stars because he deserves it. He helped me purchase my 2018 Audi A4 Quattro Tech Premium Plus; the best car I’ve ever owned. I came in and he was very helpful and gave me space and room to view vehicles I was interested in without being pushy and trying to shove a sale down my throat. I will definitely call him up on my next shopping spree.

Last week I was in the market of a luxury car. I searched Facebook marketplace and came upon a Mercedes-Benz E3 50. I messaged the dealership and with quick response they answered all my questions online first thing the following morning the sales person Ryan made a phone call to me ask me a few questions ended up heading down there after work he made my buying experience the best I have ever had in any dealership. Had an amazing car buying experience. Zero pressure to buy something you don’t really want. That’s the best part. They do a great job at figuring out what’s best for you. Sean was superb with showing me the full inventory on to lots of he had to. I test made it seem like he had all the time in the world. When we finally found something they did everything to get the numbers right where I wanted them. I definitely recommend them to everyone I meat.

After many stops trying to find a used Audi Q5, I stopped in this location after seeing an ad for an Audi. I test drove the vehicle and then was directed to a Porsche Cayenne for same price. I test drove it and felt conflicted. They pushed me so hard to the Porsche that I ended up buying it. Here are some immediate issues at hand:
1) Expired safety sticker (didn't notice until next day). When I asked Paul, the unknowledgeable salesman, he said that this is standard practice....to make the buyer go to the trouble of obtaining the safety

Greatest car buying experience!
Don't believe all the negative reviews. Ryan Shinjo was very helpful with our first Mercedes-Benz purchase and there was no pressure on buying the vehicle. Shaun the finance manager was quick and thorough with the paperwork.
I will be back to buy another car from these guys!

Inconvenient. Salesman was all talk with little to no knowledge of what he was selling. He was like a pamphlet, limited information. Parking sucks as well as the location. We had to drive the car somewhere inconveniently located (as their suggestion) to get the inspection sticker ourselves!! Salesman did not put any effort at all.

If there was a way to provide a negative rating on here I would. What started off as a great experience has ended with absolute resentment for a business that lies and does business the way Sam Lin does with the people at this dealership.
I purchased a 2008 Maserati that was supposed to be in good shape, had a limited 30 day warranty and verbal agreement that would fix or buy out the car, with attached phone recordings. And they still have not fixed my car.

I read the negative reviews on this business, but decided to try anyway with an "open mind" because they had a vehicle I was interested in. Due to some review comments, I knew that I didn't want them to fix anything, so if the car needed anything done, I was not going to buy it. I would NOT recommend this business to any of my friends or family members.

I've bought many cars from this place. They are really easy to work with, have quality cars and great prices. The owner is super friendly, doesn't pressure you to buy. Easy to talk to. They always got me great interest rates and gave what I wanted for my trade ins. They even helped me out when one of my cars had a problem, they fixed it right away no questions asked and didn't charge me. If you need a certain car and they don't have it, they can get it. Awesome dealership.

I've owned my previous vehicle for 15-years, and have been shopping around for almost 6-months. Well, needless to say that I'm picky with purchasing big things and need to feel like I'm putting my money to good use. I went to all the big dealerships on the island, and felt like I was getting the salesman pitch and pressure to buy from everywhere I went. The guys at Auto X-Change felt different, they were patient, very easy going, and never made me feel like I had to make a decision fast. They are super professional but can make you feel like your talking to a friend about a new car
