Got a good deal on a new Hyundai hybrid. Sales staff awesome.
However, serviced my new car there twice. They left my windshield wiper fluid empty. Went back for my second servicing and I asked the staff to refill my windshield wiper fluid because it happened to be low again. They left it empty again. On top of that they charged me full price to install a Hyundai accessory that they didn't have when i bought the car. They didnt order the part, then they didn't call me when it arrived.. TWICE! So I paid for the accessory which is fine but i was lead to believe installation would be free during the

I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced at Windward Hyundai for years. I can't say the same about my most recent experiences though.
In years past one could schedule an appointment for servicing. Now it's a matter of bringing your car to the service department without any idea what time you might have the car returned. Fortunately I was able to be there 30 minutes before the service department was open for business and only waited about an hour before I could get on with my day. Word of caution - calling to speak with a service advisor might take some time.

AMAZING! From start to finish I was very well taken care of. Dylan, Becks, and CJ are absolutely the best. I heard a radio add about Jerry for the people clearly states trade in your old ride and they will give you up to 4000 above bluebook value. My cars bluebook value is 4000. They offered me 500 and said that's trade in value. I will admit it's a 2003 highlander but KBB clearly says 4000 and Jerry V clearly states up to 4000 above bluebook. Even if they offered me straight 4000 off which is my bluebook value of the car I would've walked out buying a car. Their radio commercial is clearly false advertisement scam to get you in there.

I had an outstanding experience with Windward Hyundai. If I could give them more stars I would. I understand that there are many negative reviews about their experiences trading in cars. I'm not sure why because Salesperson/ Advisor Jay Lee and Floor Manager Eric Ponciano spent around 9 hours working with me to get the best possible deal on my trade in. I was upside down on my loan because I purchased my car with poor credit 3 years ago. Eric Ponciano worked it out so that I was able to completely pay off my old loan by trading in and putting a small amount towards the pay off. On top of that

I bought my Hyundai Elantra in 2012 n drive from town to have my car serviced everytime. I appreciate the professional n knowledgeable service people. I like the express lane that doesn't need an appointment for oil changes (I call in to check the wait before I drive over). I don't feel like the service dept is hustling me for unneeded work on my car (sometimes the repair is more expensive than other places but it's always something that needs to be taken care of). Showed up yesterday with questions and was warmly greeted and assisted by various staff members. Returned today and so far so good. Giving 4 stars because I'm still here and not sure if my entire experience will be a total 5 stars yet lol. My scheduled appointment is for a safety inspection on 2/12/21. So far been here for an hour. Had a license plate and trunk bulb replaced for approximately $16.50.

Scheduled an appointment for 6/15 for oil service and tires. appt was 9am they still haven't started the work as the tires they said they had for me when i scheduled the appointment is now gone?! what was the point of a scheduled appointment?

Bought a car, the selling point was the salesman said free oil changes and tires for life. I kept asking for paperwork or clarification on this, yet he would not. Kept saying there wasn't anything special I needed to do. Turns out that was a bald face lie, not even a half truth.
Also was told there was a certified warranty on my car and I would get the papers in the mail. Still nothing. And when I call the dealership they have no idea what I'm talking about.
Clearly this was my fault for not getting this stuff in writing

Came here last July for a test drive the Ioniq on the promise of a $40 Amazon gift card. The car was nice and I was really interested in a hybrid, but due to my financial situation, couldn't afford a car payment bigger than the one I currently had.
