Please submit your maintenance request. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays.

We rented a house at Monte sereno that is on the market right now for 5200$ per month. We were so happy to find a cheaper house still in Monte sereno with such a view! The lease at that time was cheaper and we managed to keep the rent rate for 3 years. After that, the property manager decided to increase the rent and this house became a burden! Indeed, look at the Windows, they are all old do when you heat the inside, you basically heat the outside.... also there is no internet cable so we paid 140$ each month and many times kids were getting crazy especially during covid as they didn't have

They have been amazing during this time of covid. Very supportive and helpful.
We had to make payments and they always reassured us that we would not be evicted.
The owner called them and ask how me and my family were doing and to reassure me that we would not be evicted.
This helped our family get through this unusual time.

BE REALLY Careful renting from them. We rented a 3 bedroom house from them at 1659 duvall dr san jose and after 3 years living there,we had really hard time getting our security deposit back. After returning the house in the perfect ,clean condition they still charged us $1000 for professional cleaning and carpet cleaning and painting. One more warning the real landlord of the house lives next door and they never told us which is really deceiving and bizarre.
