John grew up in the property management industry and worked for two different management companies before founding Presidential Property Management in 2013.
He earned his degree in business from San Jose State University and became a licensed real estate broker in 2011. John continued his education into property management and has obtained his PMC, RMP, CCRM, and a degree in Real Estate from De Anza Junior College. In his free time, John enjoys learning about the latest developments in property management legislation and spending time with wife and three sons.

Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Every adult, 18 years of age or older, who will be living at the property is required to submit an application. We were happy with our property manager Eddie. He has been nothing but positive but if you ever have to deal with Brad Abbot, WATCH OUT. When we referred our friend to a unit for Eddie's management, she unfortunately got Brad instead. He took over a week to provide basic utilities AFTER she moved in. She had no fridge, no AC in the middle of July, and worst of all, no key to her MAIL BOX! He made her drive across town to get it herself instead of just dropping it off during work hours like any decent human should. He doesn't respond to emails/calls and cares more about money than building good

It has been so far a great living experience under Presidential Real Estate Management! We have been at our current place going almost 3 years. John and his team are always accessible and quick responses to any requests that are made. Always courteous and very professional. Our experience with Presidential was outstanding! My family rented a home through Presidential when the pandemic first hit in April. The Presidential team developed a process that was safe and easy and made the leasing process contact free. We worked with Andrew Do and John Adams, both are very professional and courteous. They were also swift to fix any issues big or small (we had an ant issue and garage door failure, both fixed immediately). Great to work with and highly recommended!

In early 2019 I decided to rent out my house in Cupertino and rent a townhouse at The Villages to sort of check out the place. John Adams was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend who is a real estate agent. I had never rented out my house before and it had been about 40 years since I last was a renter. I have worked with John and the Presidential Real Estate (PRE) team on multiple occasions. The first occasion was they helped me find and purchase my house and worked with me during the showings. At the time I was working in retail, so my schedule/availability was always fluctuating. I was the guy who couldn't meet during normal hours.

I lived with my husband in a property managed by PPM in Sunnyvale for over two years. The unit had minor issues at times, but PPM was always quick to respond to our calls and emails, even on the weekends. And, any issue was resolved in a timely, not usually more than a couple days, manner. We would recommend our unit and this management company to other renters. We mostly had contact with John, who we found to be extremely proactive, professional, timely and communicative.

One of the most negligent property management companies around. They leave their dumpsters on the sidewalk with garbage overflowing on the side walk constantly. They can't even be bothered to clean out the dumpster storage area or get a bigger dumpster so the tenants have to leave their trash on the ground! There are abandoned cars on the property that drag the appearance down too.
When you call and complain all you get is lip service and excuses. No improvement.

As a tenant, I cannot express how thrilled we were to work with a property management company that truly treats its residents and owners with integrity and kindness. For the past three years, John and Brad tirelessly worked to align the properties they manage with the regulatory standards. More importantly, they treated each person as more than a mere tenant and with respect, which we highly appreciate. Any maintenance requests were promptly resolved within a day or two (even during weekends!) and with attention.

As a tenant, John treats us with professionalism and empathy. He definitely represents the owner's interests, but in a way that makes us feel like he wants everything to work out optimally for both parties. Horrible property management! The manager John was nice at beginning but when you move out he will try everything to charge you. He even charged us near $100 for hanging curtains even though the curtains were not hung when we moved in. We did not hang the curtain because he hired the people to pain the whole house after we move out. He forced us to pay for the painting though we hired people cleaning the wall before moving out. In addition if the curtains were hung before we moved out, his worker have to remove before painting. In the end however he still forced us to pay for people hanging curtains

I have been with Presidential for four years now and it has been an awesome experience. John has the greatest customer service and is always quick to take care of anything I have needed, questions, help, repairs and I have never received anything less then from him ever. The quick turnaround in repairs and taking care of any needs has always been done within 24 hours-48 hours if not less. I have never had any issues with any other associates that work with John. I am a very outspoken person and I have never had any issues or concerns arise. I am going to be moving and am sad to leave such a great

Brad showed us this property and seemed nice person. Next day I called to clarify some doubts regarding lease breakage policy before finalizing to submit application. I dont know who picked up call but I was told what the policy is etc and later he said we would not want to rent a property if you want to break the lease. SO if someone is breaking the lease due to job change or unavoidable circumstances I am sure they will get hard time. Thanks a lot for GREAT customer service I would always remember. Stay away 100 bucks more or less and you shall find some other rental properties.
