I was not able to sleep in this hotel due to the overnight noise. I don't go to bed early, but there was consistent noise beginning with loud hallway conversations that begun past midnight. There was also a fleet of vehicles that begun prepping for their day at 2:30 am with alarms, back up warning systems, and heavy diesel engine noise. I understand people have to go to work, and I called to ask the front desk to see if they can prep at the empty lot across the back street instead of the hotel. Thus I am not upset about their need to get to work, but the hotel's ability to mitigate issues. Crews

The location was ideal! We could walk into the city's center in five minutes! Our room was clean and the staff were outstanding. In particular, front desk agent Cynthia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had made an error in our booking and she was extremely helpful in assisting us. Cynthia's friendly personality, along with her willingness to help, were what made this stay a five star experience.

It's better than most Wyndham properties. It has its issue but it's not a crack house like some of the others. It needs some updates and work on the pool area. It has an on-site restaurant but it was closed for the weekend during my stay which I found odd. Overall for an in and out stay it will fill the bill

Update: after we left our first review, they cleaned the pool. The women at the front desk were very kind and our room was beautiful. After leaving the water running for a while, it became clear. The complimentary breakfast was in fact open, which had been a concern seeing as I am a diabetic and need to eat a timely breakfast. The woman in the kitchen was very kind and gracious.
