I've got many friends that have gone here on two notch road, some have bought cars and others not. I went in myself and spoke with Jeff the manager about a nice car on the lot, total slimy greaseball ! He treats the salespeople with no respect in front of me, and has sold 2 of my poor hard working friends lemons and jacked up their credit score ! Don't go here, BAD management, NO clean cars or repairs made either ! YUCK !

My experience with payless car sales was nothing short of excellent. My sales rep Michael was a wonderful Help. He legitimately care and about find me a car that was perfect for me. And I'm a very picky person but he was very patient. The branch manager was awesome as well and so were the other salesman they all Helped make us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase. I even got a great warranty so you guys please go get your cars there.

I bought a car here on July 7th, 2019. I traded in a car that had been paid in full. In hand, I had everything that would be needed to purchase a vehicle (title, down payment, etc). The car I wanted had to have the speakers and radio replaced, the back up camera installed, and, in my opinion, needed tires. Apparently this car was purchased at auction. Fast forward almost a month: everything done except the backup camera (which is contractually obligated for them to do I might add). After a lot of excuses, lies, stalling...I still don't have my backup camera. They apparently are trying to find

We are originally from Philadelphia and went here to purchase a car to get my son back and forth to work. We didn't even have the car 2weeks before we started having problems with the car. Took the car back to them to look at it and was told there was nothing that they could do we were on our own. This place is shady as crap they sale trash cars. All there cars are trash and the sale ppl and slimy slim balls. I would get anything from them not even a can of soda even if it was free. If you know what I know steer clear of this place. I swear I wish I could give them negative stars.
