I bought a gorgeous preowned RAV4 from McDaniels Acura yesterday. For two days I was guided through the inspection and purchase procedures by their incredible Sales Associate, Heddy Ramicone. To say that she went over and above the standard job of a car salesperson is an understatement. Prior to purchase, she stayed almost 2 hours beyond closing time to make certain that I had everything I needed to make a considered decision and had completed all required paperwork in order to secure the sale. I purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot from McDaniels Acura and I'm thoroughly pleased with how the entire process went. Found a car on their website, ended up settling on a price so I made my way from Charleston to columbia. The car was everything that was advertised so I bought it. Drove the car back, had no issues. The team at McDaniels Acura is outstanding. We drove from over 100 miles away to buy our car from them. Everyone was super friendly from the greeter, to the sales person and the sales manager. I even had another sales person come over and congratulate me on our purchase when we left, which I thought was very thoughtful. Kevin our sales person, made sure that we had everything that we needed and was in constant contact before picking the car up and after. This incident had NO reflection upon the high quality of service provided to me by the service supervisor or service technicians! ...They did an excellent job from start to finish and I have never had any issues with the McDaniel's service department. This incident took place on the same day between myself and a salesperson... Again this has nothing to do with the service but my overall perception of the dealership's sales staff. I had a meeting on Zoom that I was running late for and had originally planned to be dropped off while my maintenance was being performed and would return later

My experience at McDaniels Acura was an exceptional one thanks to Kevin Boulware. He is an astounding sales man who was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. He made me feel very welcomed compared to the other dealerships I have been to that day, what really made me want to work with him was his service. Dishonest, misleading, and untrustworthy dealership. I was offered Lifetime "gold"
Membership at McDaniels for purchasing my 2013 Acura TL. Plus, my sales representative, Ray, clarified that my car would be washed for free for 1 year.

I bought the car back in November 2016, and have gotten my car washed 4-5 times. I brought my car to get washed on 03/28/2017. Some new lady said I could not get my car washed unless I get my car serviced. Dealing with the salesman (John) at the beginning was a a good experience. Then, once the manager (Otis) got involved, towards the middle to the end, things I started going sour. Repairs to the vehicle prior to purchase was part of the deal agreement and the numbers. Several times I requested for the paperwork from the maintenance department reflecting the details of the repairs, I was always given the run around and my messages to the manager were never returned. I bought an Acura at their new dealership on Killian Rd. last week. It was among the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experiences I have ever had. I called the sales manager beforehand with a specific car in mind, told him what I was willing to pay for it out-the-door, and he met me a reasonable price ALL BEFORE I LEFT MY HOUSE.

Horrible Experience - I just purchased a used 2009 Acura MDX and I am still amazed at how bad of an experience it was to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I enjoyed working with the salesman, Joe, and I feel like I got an OK deal on the car (or else I would have quickly walked away), but pretty much everything else was a textbook case of "what not to do when selling a car", in my opinion. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but honestly I expected far more honestly, integrity and a far higher caliber of service from luxury car dealership like Acura. Basically what happened
