We combine the experience of a large firm with the personal attention that only a small firm can provide. Our clients come back to us year after year because they know they are in good hands. We work to develop long-term relationships; whether your needs are simple or complex, we can help. He attended St. Francis Borgia Grade School and High School and received Associates Degrees from East Central College in Accounting and Computer Science.
As a further service to our clients, our website offers links to valuable financial tools including up to date tax, business and financial news articles, financial calculators, a tax calendar with important filing dates, federal and state tax links, financial terms, and a page that offers links to track your federal and state tax refunds.
We will spend up to one full hour with you at no charge, going over the return in question with you. After that, our regular fees apply. We send a tax organizer/questionairre to current customers every January which is very helpful for customers as well as time saving for us when filled out. Blank copies can be printed for new clients at our office.

This company has proved itself to be not only incapable of listening to a clients needs/ concerns, but also to charge more than double what other CPA's have quoted for similar services.
My former CPA took a job with a firm that would no longer allow her to service her customers that she was handling on her own time, so I had to find a new firm. My former CPA walked me thru the more complicated aspects of my taxes (I am a sales rep that has an office in home and used my vehicle to travel extensively for work, so it is not a simple 1040ez filing).

After 20 years of having my taxes done with this company I could not get a straight answer from Mr .Tim Unnerstall about how he let my soon to be ex husband file my taxes without me even being notified or asked any questions about my taxes or being told they were being prepared and filed separate on my behalf. Tim Unnerstall used profanity and showed a true lack of professionalism when talking with me on the phone and hung up after telling me to come pick up my taxes. I arrived 2 hrs later to be told they were mailed instead and now with a week to file I have to try to locate them at the post office
