So I just called this place of business to inquire about 3 years of back taxes. The woman that answered the phone was very nice. During our phone call she asked me to hold on. I did so. And yes she did return back to the phone to apologize for putting me on hold. Then I asked a serious question. She asked me to hold on. At this point someone else got on the phone. She started asking questions. (Never introduced herself or told me who she was) I simply said mam I was on the phone with someone else there. She replied snaughty saying that that was her assistant. Then informed me that they weren’t

This has been a hard tax season for most. We filed our taxes Jan 24 and found out we had a hold on our taxes bc we missed a form. I tried doing it myself and couldn't. I called about 20 tax services and NOBODY would help us. I called here and she let us come in today last minute and filled out the form AND faxed it in. She's so amazing and will definitely switch to her tax services from now on. If I had 10 thumbs they would all be up. Great service, print and professional. Thank you SO much!
