GET's projects consist of public infrastructure, residential developments, educational facilities, medical facilities, petrochemical complexes, wind turbines, solar farms, chain stores, transportation, commercial development, industrial facilities, port and harbor facilities, aviation, high-rise, and low-rise buildings.

Geotech (GET) and its staff members have many years of experience in conducting geotechnical engineering services for more than 20,000 projects. The firm conducts nearly 1,200 projects a year. We can provide our services anywhere in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Virtually every structure requires consideration of subsurface features unique to the locale.
Manufacturers and builders have always been concerned with the performance and quality of their product. The knowledge of how great the variety of materials used will perform is the key to the success of any project. Thus, quality assurance during construction has become increasingly important due to the rapid technological expansion of construction methods and materials.
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Study provides an impartial overview of the environmental compliance record of a project site. If contamination is suspected, an Environmental Phase II ESA and Phase III remediation study may also be conducted.
The scope of the Phase I Site ESA will typically include interviews with past and present property owners, review of aerial photos, regulatory agency records, and review of any previous investigations conducted at the site.A Phase II Study includes field sampling and laboratory analyses to evaluate the type and extent of contamination.

I've been getting to work so closely with Mr. Eastwood as Director of Business Development. The number of key relationships I have built in my short time here are second to none. Meeting County Judges, County Commissioners and all of the elected officials. I'm extremely excited to see how we shake things up for 2022. Also, I want to take the time and acknowledge the whole Geotechnical department. What a wonderful team and group of colleagues we have here. A truly wonderful place to work!

In my experience Geotechnical projects can be challenging, but the data management, design, modeling, and analysis isn’t when you work with so many knowledgeable and experienced Engineers. When it comes to innovation Geotech Engineering & Testing is a front runner in that department. I am currently working as Chief Engineer at Geotech Engineering and Testing. I truly appreciate Mr. David Eastwood for giving me the opportunity work here. During my employment at GET, I learned a lot within a short amount of time. The credit goes to Mr. Eastwood, as he is the person who has designed company structure so perfect that everyone learns in a short amount of time. He is the most dynamic person I have seen. I have been searching for a company that I am able to grow with and learn. At Geotech, I was able to find that. In the little time that I have been working here, I have had a positive growth within the company. The employees are great and very helpful. The president of the company is a smart man that has been in the industry for many years and is respected as an Engineer. While some may feel that he is too hard on his employees, those who want to grow and are able to learn from the criticism will do great.

I started working as a soil technician for GET some 30 years ago and Mr. David A. Eastwood personally trained me and turned me into a professional. He always treated me with out most respect and tolerance. He educated me in such way that later on I went and became a successful civil engineer and I owe all this to David Eastwood. Today, I still work at his company and I feel indebted to him for all of my life successes. GET is a great place to work and become a very competent employee due to the highly effective training and management you receive in there. GET Rocks.
