I recently got married and there were so many people and things I didn't see - like a killer tarantella performed by my husband and his friends that went down when I snuck away to change out of my dress. Honestly, thank goodness for photographers and videographers (and I'm not just saying that because I'm a photographer, promise).
There are so many moving parts on a wedding day from getting ready to the reception and it's impossible for you to be present for it all. That's where I come in. I'll float around the room capturing moments as they unfold without being intrusive and in your face, because the last thing I want to do is ruin anyone's experience at your wedding.

Confession: I almost always cry at all of the weddings I photograph. I mean how can you not? It's a day filled with so much love and excitement that it's pretty hard to not feel emotional. Matt and John's wedding though - Man, it made me particularly emotional. It was such a beautiful day - the weather, loving moments with their parents and friends, heartfelt vows, chic tropical decor, and all the good vibes.
Sarah's sister said it best in her toast - after having to change their venue three times, Sarah and Vito landed just where they were meant to be all along: Cross & Orange in Asbury Park. It was a hot, sunny summer day in June with not a cloud in the sky, but under the trees of Kennedy Park with a breeze blowing through, it couldn't have been more perfect.

Where do I even begin with this beautiful human! Long story short, I was supposed to get married in May 2020, but due to the Pandemic we moved it to September 2020. We are so grateful we were able to have our celebration at all.
In addition to changing our date, my original photographer was unresponsive and has yet to reach out to me. As you can imagine that brought on more added stress, but thankfully Cassie was available. Cassie has been incredible to work with from start to finish and has made this process so much less stressful. From the start, Cassie was available (took my call while she was in Greece!) and patient with us (took her time to get to know us, answer questions, set up calls or respond to emails thoughtfully). Cassie was the perfect choice for our wedding photographer. We couldn't have been happier – she went above & beyond, incredibly responsive while we were inquiring, then trucking from Asbury to Queens for our engagement shoot, sticking with us and calming us down through all the day-of hiccups, corralling family when we needed them, and even swinging by the courthouse last minute to act as our witness when we picked up our license. (And the photos were absolutely phenomenal! We just finished putting together our album and it's gorgeous.) Highly recommend!

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Cassie as our photographer. She is such a pro and helped guide us through what could have been a very hectic and crazy day. She kept me calm during a couple of stressful moments and her timeline helped us prepare properly for our day. She fit right in with our family and many complimented on how kind and patient she was. Our photos are beautiful - she got us sneak peaks quickly and set an appropriate timeline (2 weeks) to get the rest of our photos - faster than I expected!

Cassie is a joy to work with, but of course more than anything you’re paying for her to document your most special days, and her talent is priceless. Her style is beautifully vivid and editorial. She scouts great locations that really pop. Her southern charm will put you at ease and her artistic eye will make you look like a million bucks.

Cassie was the absolute best!! We used her for engagement photos to get comfortable, and we were SO glad we did. The pictures from Hoboken with the city background were better than we could've imagined, and she made the whole process fun & easy. She kept in communication with me the entire time of planning, ensuring the schedule was set & details were discussed & finalized. The day of the wedding went so smoothly because of her, with the picture taking process as seamless / easy as it possibly could be in the summer heat :) She was basically invisible at the wedding, but there when I needed her
