If you like lip service and poor quality, call ASI. Bi-lingual skills will be helpful since most of the crews do not speak English. Supervisors will go to your property and promise you the world repeatedly, but they just seem to forget to tell the crew serving you. Good luck....

We had a great experience on a fairly significant overhaul landscaping project for our home. They came out promptly to listen to our ideas, offered some professional opinions without being pushy, quickly sent a highly professional and thorough quote, including revising twice when we changed a few design ideas, and gave a realistic timetable for start and end of the project. The installation team was tidy, efficient and responsive. We had one timing snag through no fault of the company but they stayed on top of it throughout to ensure completion. In September 2019 one of the landscapers hit my outside a/c unit. I have been speaking with my HOA to get the issue resolved. As of January 28 2020 the issue is not resolved. They sent a ac company to assess the damage. The estimate was sent back in November. I emailed the owner of the company and didn’t get a response. The contract was renewed by the HOA but my ac is still not fixed. Who do I have to speak with?
UPDATE: I paid someone to fix the issue and the landscapers bot the ac again. The response this time was we don’t see where the unit was moved. I guess if i was on the HOA board it

We had ASI come out last year to look at our worn out 1990s landscaping. Justin took care of us. He noticed and pointed out to us things that we had just never noticed or grown accustomed to. Within days he had worked up a competitive proposal and plan for a total revamp of our front and backyard including renderings of what it could look like. He added a feature we never even considered prior to. We had a tiny homemade brick fire pit in the middle of the backyard. It worked, but Justin saw it as a major opportunity for improvement. He raised it so we could enjoy the fire and a water view.

I live in the West End Townhouses near downtown Tampa and I can honestly say this is BY FAR the worst landscaping company I have ever witnessed in my entire life. They cut the grass and trim the bushes and can't even get that right. In addition, they were supposed to fix a clogged drain outside my property and told me they couldn't locate the drain after they dumped rocks on top of it and when I got home I had to shovel out the rocks to locate the drain which I was able to locate within 1 minute in the exact spot where I told them the drain was. This company provides landscaping service to the apartment complex I like at. I have asked them kindly to not blow debris on my car and They continue to blow dirt and debris on my car and every car in the complex with complete disregard for personal property. They dont even attempt to blow debris off. If morning dew is on the car the dirt sticks to the car. I spoke to their manager and he kindly offered to have my car cleaned but i said no thanks.
