First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Jason and I am the owner of The Plumbing Detectives. I am the guy that you talk to when you call and I am also the face you see when you open your door when I arrive. I hold a Class II Master Plumbining License in the Great State of Georgia. This is the highest level obtainable. It's called "Unrestricted" meaning that I can do work on massive skyscrapers or your average everyday domicile. I have worked for other plumbing companies in my life and I am grateful for my time at those companies.

If you were to take I-285 and cut it in half from North to South, I serve the East Side of that general area. My Main area is Decatur but I do serve all of DeKalb County. I serve surrounding areas like Medlock Park and Kirkwood as well as Atlanta, Avondale Estates, Lithonia, Conyers, Covington, Oxford, Snellville, Lilburn, Dunwoody, etc.

Jason saved my party! I was throwing my Wife a birthday party and we had a sewer back up. I had used The Plumbing Detectives a few years ago so I had them in my phone still. I called and got ahold of Stephanie and she said Jason would be out within the hour. He showed up and found my outside cleanout and ran the snake down it and within 15 minutes the drain was cleared!! My wife gave him a slice of cake to go!! Bottom line here, if you need a plumber give these guys a shot. Support your local Mom and Pop, these are good guys!

My teenager put a small glass in the sink that fit ever so snuggly into the mouth of my garbage disposal. Of course it broke when I tried to dislodge it. As a result the disposal stopped working. Jason came the same day I called, and after waiting for me 20 minutes beyond our appointment (I was in traffic), he graciously fixed my garbage disposal AT NO CHARGE! Jason worked about 20 minutes to fish out broken pieces of glass and even gave me a "key" (Allen wrench, I think) to unjam the disposal in the future! He also showed me how to use the "reset the motor." I offered
