Damon Banks Sr. is a Sacramento native who has more than 20 years of experience in the motorcycle industry. He started riding motorcycles at a young age and fell in love with the hobby. He began to learn more about motorcycles from other riders.
With a vision and a love for motorcycles he and his wife developed a plan to assist his motorcycle family with roadside assistance. The start of change began one day when Damon's motorcycle broke down and he was stuck on the side of the road. He knew in his heart that no rider should have to experience what he felt that day.

I was in sac on my harley, and while riding on the freeway I had a front tire go flat on me, pulled off and of course did some searching around for a company. I love my harley so I wanted the best for her. I called him and told me he can pick me up within the hour cause of a bike on the truck already. No worries, so I waited and then he shows up, he loaded my bike and did everything, I watched him and was impressed on how he was careful and strapped down properly and securely. Dropped me off at hd sac. Unloaded it to awesome service will be using him again in future needs

This company is awesome. Very helpful on phone to accommodate our needs. Dale arrived to take our scooters in for service very polite and professional , on time. Came back for the second one and when I went to sign he had the pen wrapped in a glove. He wore a mask, gloves and was very careful to maintain social distance. We felt our scooters were in safe hands...

So I call this company at 730 am for a tow up to shop guy who answers says ya 100 to hook up 3 dollars a mile guy that answers says ya it’s all good he’ll be here at 830am then calls me back and tells me that the shop that I’m going to is closed but it’s not because I have an appointment for 9am then calls me back 5 minutes later telling me he has a priority call so can’t tow me this is some lame old excuse to not work I wouldn’t call this clown towing ever again if my life depended on it

I WATCHED the driver make a crack in my tail light fairing as he was fastening it onto the truck. He apologized but after unloading the bike, claimed that the crack was already there. My tail light fairing had previous damage and he said that the crack that he made was already there. Called company and they were quick to defend the driver. I am not happy that the driver could not own up to his mistake. I literally watched him and heard the crack. Boss/manager did not reach back to me after calling and messaging.

You guys are great! I called Progressive and my 1st hit was another tow 90 minute wait. I tapped Gorilla when they came up as it showed a 45 min wait. They were there in 30mins with some pretty outrageous commute traffic opposing them. My last tow was from another business that wanted me to help him get the bike on a flatbed, I'm old and banged up, and not able to push a bike up a ramp. Gorilla has the right equipment specific to motorcycles, they make it look easy. In Summary very courteous and professional service, and they took care when it came to handling my bike. 5 stars.

Only used this guy cuz the #1 choice was on a long tow from Sonoma. The guy answering 2as apparantly thge owner, made an appointment for 915. Get a call from the driver saying he could not understand my text with my address.... what? Nonsense. When the guy finally show up, after explicit detailed instruction, he still took wrong turns. Then the guy almost drops my Harley trying to hook it up alone. Once finally on the 3.9 mile trip, i asm right in front of the tow, following me until I took my last turn, and rsther than continuing to follow, he went straight. I pull into the shop and
