It’s just not worth the aggravation to go there to have service of any type done. Takes entirely too long for a simple oil change. Bought my car there in 2014 and I have had all service done there. No more. Done and will not come back or recommend to anyone!

The wait time for a simple oil change is too long. How is a 3 hour wait express service. I see the mechanics just walking and talking. Saw one mechanic on his phone the entire time. They act like people don’t have other things to do. Nobody wants to sit in a dealership all day. I brought my other car in a few weeks ago and it only took about an hour and a half. That was on a Friday evening. I usually enjoy coming here but thinking about taking my business somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

I brought my car in for oil change, battery replacement, and hood lock warranty work. After picking up the car, the car forcefully stirs to the left hand side and shakes violently. This is something I have never experienced with the car before I brought it to the dealership.
I called in to explain the situation and the only recourse offered is bringing the car in for alignment and other services. No explanation is being provided on how this situation showed up overnight only after I brought the car in for unrelated work.
I would not recommend taking your car to this dealership as you can't trust

I was very surprised at how nice and friendly everyone was to me. The process was the easiest process I have ever been through purchasing a car. It wasn't an all-day ordeal and they made it seamless. Chris, Booker, and the financial gentleman (I'm sorry; I didn't remember his name) were phenomenal. They all knew how upset I was trading my beloved Camaro which was a very hard decision for me to make. Thank you for making this easier for me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Each time I have used this place it has been the same. From the day I drop off my vehicle I never get a phone call with updates. I have to call every day and every time but some how when I do speak to the service advisor he has an update for me. I never can get ahold of anyone. I leave multiple messages or it just keeps ringing with no answer. Then they want me to pay over $500 for a part not knowing if it will even fix my problem. On top of that I can get the exact same part on Nissan.com for a third of the cost. Then the advisor tells me there would be labor also

Great service. Our salesman was incredibly attentive without being pushy. He and every other person we interacted with were very friendly. My husband and I visited eight or nine other dealerships to pick a car. This was the best service we received all day, and it wasn’t close. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

After more than a month of searching for the right mid-size truck, I was tired of visiting to dealerships only to find that they didn’t have what I wanted in their inventory. Then, one Saturday, I decided to stop by Wolfchase Nissan to check out a Frontier. on the the first drive, I knew it was the right truck. Even though they didn’t have the model in inventory, they immediately found the Pro-4X I wanted at a far-away dealership and said it could be transferred! I was sold, and signed the paperwork that afternoon. I even got a loaner truck to use until my new truck arrived. Joe, the sales

The people providing service were nice. The reason I am giving a poor review is i paid $160 to find out what was wrong with my 2014 Nissan Juke. They told me transmission and engine were failing and it could be 4,000 to 12,000 to fix. I thought it was odd considering the car has had zero issues (other than one bad cylinder) up to this point. They said they changed the oil and sent me on my way. I went to get a second opinion at another dealership where i was going to trade in and buy a new car from them. They said everything looked fine and I just needed some more transmission fluid and that my

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Every person I interacted with spoke to me like I was an absolute idiot. After the fact that I waited 4 hours for my car that was supposed to be ready in "30 minutes".... I'd imagine that if you work in customer service, that you'd talk to your customers with a bit more of respect. I will never visit Wolfchase Nissan for service on my car EVER again.

Their service department here is a total joke. Be prepared to be forgotten every time you bring your car in for regular maintenance and waiting 3 hours for an oil change. & they're very unorganized and careless. Sounds like they need better management. ‍‍‍ I've gone in 5 times and every time it's the same thing. Never returning. Ever. If there was a choice for negative stars I would choose it.

**my husband is still waiting for an oil change he had an appt for at 7:30 today, to even begin**

When I entered the service center on Saturday (Dec-02) morning at 8:00 AM, I was greeted by the express service adviser Mr.Daniel to make a note of issues with my Nissan Quest. He noted everything with care and requested regular service adviser Mr.Larry Poe to get the additional details for allocating the technician. I expected that Mr.Larry would also be very caring like Mr.Daniel to hear my issues and work towards addressing them. However contrary to my expectation, Mr.Larry was too rude when I started listing the issues in my van. He didn't even listen to them properly and kept responding

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past year and once you buy the vehicle . You should consider yourself useless to them. Not to mention that they replaced the wrong tire on a brand new Altima and told me I should've checked their work before I left. Is that normal ?.......
