Do not buy from this dealer. They sold me a 12 month £18k car on a lease agreement which turns out has a 2nd hand breakers yard integral part within in it. They never told me that, and this part is now causing me a huge expensive problem so the car is off the road. Salesman, Karl, also told me that if I did less mileage than went on the agreement it would be taken into account at the end of the lease. This is completely untrue according to the finance company. So on two counts I feel very mis-sold to and am looking into my legal options. If I could put zero stars I would.

We were looking for a certain car for quite a few months on the private market and was quite astonished with the high cost and poor quality which meant a lot of wasted time. We then decided to look for a local professional customer based car dealer selling the right car at a fair price and that's when we come across Palmers in Hemel Hempstead. We have been looking to buy a larger car recently and visited many car dealerships. I was recommended Palmers in Hemel so we popped over and wow what a different experience we received! We were welcomed straight away by Vlad, even when he was dealing with another customer, he acknowledged we were there. I test drove an Outlander PHEV, and loved it! What a great car. The whole process from walking in the door to leaving a few days later with a new car was faultless. I have used Palmers Peugeot twice and both times they have gone above and beyond.
The first time I used them was to order a set of seat covers specific for my car. It may sound strange, but this is not an easy thing to do and something I had failed to do at another dealership. At Palmers, the gentleman in the parts department was extremely helpful and reasonable and sorted me out straight away. I had the new seat covers within a week. No problems.
The second time I used them was for a factor recall. Given my good experience with them in the past, I had asked to have them pick up my car and perform
