When it comes to fitness there is more than just training the body. There is training your mobility, balance, endurance, strength and flexibility. At All Around Fitness our focus is on helping people achieve long term results through challenging and varied workouts that involve strength training, cardiovascular work, functional training, core training and innovative stretching techniques.

With one on one personal training that is provided in-home, in a park, in a gym, or online/remotely. With your program, you will notice increased muscle mass, stronger bones, better joint flexibility, improved balance, and reduced anxiety.

I have always been interested in being healthy but became seriously involved in fitness several years ago. My interest in personal training spiked after I survived a heart attack. Through proper diet and working out with a personal trainer, I lost 25 lbs and 5 inches from my waist. Seeing how life-changing a personal trainer was for me, I took my enthusiasm to the next level.
In-home personal training gives you back time in your busy day by bringing the personal trainer to you at a time that is convenient. We're always on the go so we need to capitalize on any opportunity to save time. By hiring an in-home personal trainer, you no longer need to remember to pack your gym clothes, deal with congested traffic, or busy parking lots.
First, we will learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of the nutrition coaching program, we will give you everything you need to look, feel, and perform better than you thought possible. The program starts with you telling us all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine.

All Around Fitness is really great. I was unmotivated and to self conscious to go to the gym. Franklin is my my personal trainer and now I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I am happy and now more confident with myself; I regularly train at the gym now. I definitely recommend Franklin/All Around Fitness to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

I’m grateful that I chose All Around Fitness because my trainer Franklin is the best trainer I’ve ever had. I have a health condition where I have no movement in my right arm, but after explaining it to Franklin, he showed me exercises that I am able to do with my arm to strengthen it. He is also helping me with my balance so I am able to ski with ease and not have panic attacks. Overall, the best trainer.

Franklin pushes me harder than I would push myself. He does not let me give up or quit. Having him meet me at my house to work out with me, keeps me accountable. When I was younger, I never had this issue. Now that I’m older, I find that this makes all the difference. With his help, I’ve lost 20 lbs. We aren’t even done… We are just getting started! I have been working with Frank for less than a year and have had Major improvement! I've lost 30lbs and am In the best shape. Being that I am a Mother of 3 he was able to adjust and incorporate my children into some of my exercises. The workouts are created to fit my levels of fitness as well as make moderations when needed. Workouts are sent regularly throughout the week and he does well with encouraging you to stay on top of your health. He does virtual, gym, and home workouts. With Great Prices! Overall I'm extremely happy with the progress I have made. And can tell he loves his work!

I've been working out with Franklin for several months now I couldn't be happier! Franklin is very supportive and motivating. He will challenge you to push yourself and do things you didn't know you could do. Franklin is not your typical mean trainer. He actually makes working out a fun and rewarding experience. Franklin/All Around Fitness has been a huge blessing in my life! About 6 months prior to leaving for an intensive military training program I started working with Franklin wanting to arrive physically prepared. I was glad I did; He got me in the best shape of my life and I excelled in the course with my fitness never holding me back.
