I did not have the best experience with my time at R.K. I wasn't sure where to go. So the Subaru people took me for my appointment and it was supposed to be at the Chevy side. (They didn't tell me until after they serviced my car.)
I told them I believe I have an antifreeze leak. The woman who was giving me the info on my car after the service said "We didn't find a leak." I said I know there is one. She says "Well these aren't our top technicians." Sounds pretty terrible if you ask me. I got there at 1:15pm and was there until 3pm. Waiting on them to change a license plate light bulb. Overall

Bought my 2022 Subaru Ascent on Tuesday Dec 28th lease. Was there over 4 hours to get paperwork signed due to finding out that the personal property tax is not included in my lease payment like it always was for 20 years with my Ford Lease. Should have got another ford.

Want to give RK Chevy service and Shelby Wilson 5 stars I arrived w out an appointment w my GMC Yukon received an Synthetic Oil change and state inspection at a great price and in timely manner in and out in an Hour half. I would like to give a huge thank you to Jordan in sales, Perry in financing, and Frank in detailing for all the help with purchasing my 2019 corvette. RK used to be my go to place for my 2006 Pontiac Solstice. I've been going there thru several previous cars. Although dealers are always a bit more expensive, I could count on it being fixed at the least.
The last few years, I've seen service going further and further downhill. The first thing that pissed me off badly was when I took the Solstice in for a new driver's side power window regulator & motor. So I am looking to purchase a new truck and trade in my 2019. I usually buy from a Chevy dealer right down the road but they didn't have the truck in stock I wanted nor did their affiliates. Searching the net I came across the truck I wanted and RK had it with an RK value price of 56.7K. I filled out the form and was then called by 3 different people which is fine. I set up an appointment to go look at the truck. As I am getting ready to leave work I pull it back up and mysteriously the price jumped by almost 3 grand. COVID-19 has really limited new vehicle availability at dealerships nationwide...so it's very tough trying to purchase or even lease something during this time (frustrating actually). R.K. Left my vehicle with Chevy service for over 2 weeks to repair my AC issue. I get back from vacation and pick up my "Completed" vehicle. 5 minutes up the road I have some mystery smoke/fog billowing out of my air vents. This was concerning, but then my 2018 impala starts overheating rapidly. I called immediately and was asked if I would drive it back to the dealership (Probably to avoid tow costs). ??drive my car that just overheated!?!? That's the last thing you should ever do after a overheat issue. I then waited and hour to get towed in the high heat.

My husband and I were looking for a truck. There wasn't much selection to begin with. There was only one Trail Boss on the lot but we had to test drive a regular Silverado. Apparently the Trail Boss didn't have an inspection sticker. After we went for a test drive, we went through numbers. My husband was trading his Mercedes C63. Though we know it's older, KBB still valued it as trade-in about $12-13k. Previously working at a dealership, I know they don't always exactly give you KBB but sometimes they are close. Update: So it's Wednesday, I was just at RK Chevrolet. I took it back last night because my left front tire deflated. They called this morning said it had a nail in it. They charged me $265 for a new tire. They rotated the new tire from left front to left rear. When I got in my car I immediately drove it back to the service bay because the new tire was reading at 7PSI. I'm thinking that it was another flat but it wasn't. They tried to do the tire sensor relearn but then all 4 tires were reading at bizzaro pressures (7PSI, 80 PSI, 56PSI, 34PSI). So they took it back into the bay and

Shantelle did an amazing job! Sadly, she is no longer there but I just wanted to comment on how well she did. I brought a truck into trade there an initially the offer was pretty dismal. However after some back and forth we got it to a price that was agreeable. The general manager was pretty cool about the whole thing (of course it is the car biz so you never know).
