The car process itself is okay never have any problems with the staff (the men) but NICOLE the lady behind the glass window who handles finance is rude as ever. I donāt understand how she is still working there with all the complaints l. She literally makes business with this company horrible. Her customer service is ridiculous it makes no sense. Like I said dealing with everyone else in the company is okay except for her. She always has something to say an excuse as to why something hasnāt been yet when she have a specific time. Itās just crazy never dealt with a representative like her

These people are very weirdā¦. My job has been laying people off and doing things without our notice so iāve been keeping them informedā¦.I STILL HAVE A JOB LETS MAKE THAT CLEAR at first i made a payment arrangement and then they said all other payments have to be on time coolā¦ but when i called them about another fluke in my job not paying us on the right DAY and them not letting us know anything theres nothing they can doā¦. i havenāt even made the first payment on the car yetā¦. Life happens, i had to make a payment arrangment on the DMV FEE and i payed the first half but why would

The customer service was horrible the first vehicle I had with them had a service engine light on took them several weeks just to get me an appointment to look at the vehicle. Two months later I found out the dealership doesnāt even have the title for the vehicle and have to place me into another car. The second car I got from them has a service engine light on and is overheating. After 2 weeks of having to be in a little rental car they tell me the vehicle needs a new engine.
