I called them at 3 PM they said they would be there in 90 minutes they showed up at 7 PM.
The next morning the mechanic where they took my car said that the key is nowhere to be found. They lost the key to my vehicle or forget to leave it and it’s sitting is their truck.They will not answer my calls or text. They are trying to make me pay for a locksmith to come out and create a new key, meanwhile I can’t get to work or use my vehicle for anything:(

My daughter and my two grandchildren was visiting her friend , my Grandson who is 8yrs old locked my daughter keys in her car. This company boots her car , while my daughter and kids standing by the car!! I'm on the phone with her , talking to a lock smith, the rep was very rude and nasty . After talking to their call service , she was no help and she was told by the owner we have 24hours to pay for the boot before the price go up°!! The money not the problem !! The keys locked in the car!!! And she waiting on the locksmith

A-1 Towing is currently exploiting Atlanta families and community members during this Coronavirus quarantine and it's unacceptable. My families' and others'vehicles have been booted in our residential parking garages. We've been forced to pay fees of up to $100 to have the boots removed or risk being towed. To justify it, A-1 uses intimidation tactics and false legalese like "This is about Atlanta ordinances" to corner you into paying the fine.
