Excellent Brisket and potatoes! The fried potatoes are mouth watering. The vegetable medley is full of flavor. The pulled pork sandwich was nice.
Next time I am going to ask Pasquale for a more spicy bbq sauce.
We will stop in again to grab some fresh tasty cooking from Pasquale and his team!

After searching for the perfect caterer for our wedding we chose Chuckwagon Catering and could not have been more pleased with the food. We offered a pig roast at our barn/farm wedding along with delicious sides including baked beans, skillet potatoes, mac and cheese, and grilled veggies. They were super accommodating to offer additional options for our vegetarian (they LOVED the jack fruit alternative for the pulled pork), vegan and gluten-sensitive guests. Friends and family raved about the food and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy on our mini-moon up north after the wedding. Setup and clean

We have had Gabriella and Brett set up our company luncheon for 135 people and it was amazing. Everyone loved the food, many got seconds. The service was 2nd to none, they had everything ready to go with extra detail that we were not expecting. We look forward to having them cater for upcoming company luncheons. Delicious food, but left feeling cheated. We ordered and paid for catering for 300 people for an outdoor party. As luck would have it, it rained so we only had about 175 people. The food was delicious, loved the set up, and everyone was happy. However, I was really turned off because they took all of the leftovers. And, because they cook onsite, a large majority of the food was never even cooked. We have had this party for years and every other caterer left the leftovers with us, so this was a first. We contacted our initial sales person (it took over a month and multiple calls to reach her now

We have used Chuckwagon for our company summer event for the past few years and everything about their system is seamless. The service is great and the price is fair. We had a wonderful experience with Chuckwagon. Gibby and her team were great. Temps ran a bit cool during our backyard party but the staff was amazing at monitoring temps and making sure food stayed warm. Our guests raved about how tasty the food was and how professional the team was at executing a smooth service. We'll definitely order from here again. Also, we've been devouring the limited amount of leftovers that we packed up. YUM!

We had the Backyard Hoedown and the food was great. Gibby was so helpful in planning the food. The cooks/servers were on time, polite and helpful. Our guests commented on the quality and taste of the food, especially the brats and skillet potatoes. I would highly recommend Chuckwagon!
