Cheryl is not clear when talking to patients. I was seeing LeAnn Davenport while I lived in Shawnee. I then had to move to Midwest City & decided to keep all of my health care professionals in Shawnee which I loved all of them. I made an appointment the day before this incident which was at 2:00 & I had to cancel & reschedule with Cheryl. Cheryl told me 10:30 which I thought was strange. They are usually 1:00 or 11:00. So I drive 35 minutes to get to Shawnee & when I pull up in the parking lot, I have a missed call & voicemail from them. It's Cheryl saying my appointment was at 10:00. So I call

I see a counselor named Heather Annis at this facility. She's great. There are issues like mentioned in the other review, scheduling and reception problems, unclear orders, etc. however, the counselors I and others i know have worked with are all very pleasant and helpful. Any issue I've had my counselor has worked to help me solve them, but I've had a few problems with reception. Nothing major, but it can be hard to get a clear explanation and there's a lack of personability with reception. Nothing that I think deserves a one star review over all though, so I thought I'd share.
