The Corner Market is the M Streets premier cafe, deli, and floral market. Established in 2005 by Chuck Cole, the Market resides in the historic Belmont Pharmacy building on the corner of Greenville and McCommas. The nearly 100 year old building went under fastidious restorations in 2005. We uncovered the original terrazzo flooring, refinished the pressed tin ceilings, and rebuilt the transom window using the original ribbed glass.

The vision was simple: provide great food, and amazing flora from the local community, to the local community. Since opening, the market has received a host of accolades and awards, including The Dallas Observers "Best Sandwiches" award, Daily Candy's "Best Sandwiches" #1 spot, D Magazines "Best Sandwich" and "Best Neighborhood Restaurant, " as well as a "Top Notch!" endorsement from The Dallas Morning News.
Services
We're a five star deli and a top-notch cafe. The answer to a local foodies deli prayers. You'll stop by for the award winning sandwiches, you'll stay for the coffee, and you'll come back for the sweets, the treats, the neighborhood atmosphere, and above all, the unbelievable quality. Our food is that great.
We offer a selection of amazing salads, petite sandwiches, traditional or unique spreads, exotic cheese and charcuterie trays, delectable meats and decadent sweets. Whether you're looking for the simple spread, or the elegant array- your party is our plan. Our chefs take care in preparing gorgeous platters, plates, and presentations, easy on the eyes and terrific on the tongue.
The Corner Market has been the Lower Greenville flower market since we opened in 2005. Walk through the cafe, under our green Spanish doors, and surround yourself with seasonal blooms, artful arrangements and one-of-a-kind gifts, candles, and cards. We pride ourselves on our fresh, unique flowers, and innovative designs.
The Corner Market has been sourcing our eggs fresh daily from our own urban farm, as well as supplementing from a local farm since we opened in 2005. Our chickens are free range foragers, and the eggs they lay are unparalleled in quality. The hens AND eggs earned several blue first place ribbons at the Texas State Fair and Fort Worth Stock Show.
The Corner Market has always prioritized fresh, fantastic food; and what could be more fresh or fantastic than growing our own vegetables and herbs, keeping our own chicken coop, & housing own own honeybees?! Answer: not much.

We maintain our little neighborhood farm sustainably by capturing 95% of the refrigerant condensate water, & utilizing it via our rain barrel sprinkler system, composting with kitchen scraps and chicken poop, and pollinating with our bee hive. It's our own little ecosystem, nurturing your lunch and our environment.

We just moved to the lower Greenville/M Streets area and our first several meals came from The Corner Market. From breakfast to dinner, they offer some of the best food in Dallas. I highly recommend The Corner Market. They truly deserve "best in Dallas"!

This was a unpleasant experience. I waited 25 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter after the line in front of me moved a very rapid pace. They did help the Karen that stepped in front of me waving about her pick up order and someone wanting a refill but ignored me the majority of my visit. I got fruit salad, no one answered my question about the pastries and bagels so I left without, I paid for my fruit and wanted coffee as well but before I could say "with cream please", a to go cup was thrown in front of me and an outstretched hand was in my face for payment. 🤷 I can't imagine why I would
