I had them install a geo thermal system in 2012. Had some issues with the air conditioner a few years later. Called them for support. They came out and "fixed" my system, only for me to come home to it not working. I called them back to explain it wasn't working. I was not rude or upset. They got hostile with me and said they were short staffed and didn't know how to fix it and hung up on me.
A friend recommended I call Tiffin Deluxe. A young man came out and spent a considerable amount of time and finally figured out that it was a sensor that was registering water due to a partially clogged pipe
