KR deserves a 5 of 5 rating. They arrived promptly to give me an estimate and installation date. They also replaced my water heater. They pointed out furnace and humidifier not working properly. They started and completed installation in 5 hours. Very knowledgeable and cleaned up when job was completed. I have complete confidence in them servicing my units on a maintenance plan.
