It's been seven months since we started working with the Pracelsus Management Team and we couldn't be more satisfied. Peter and Elaina are great. A couple problems arose at our property and both Peter and Elaina ensured to inform us of the issues immediately. The first issue was minor, she visited the property to rectify the issue. The next issue encountered was a water leak, which caused drywall damage, this worried me because that usually means expensive. Elaina let us know the first estimate was rather high and suggested another company she worked with in the past that produced quality results

Peter Carlseen at Praecelsus property management, knows how to manage and rent your property fast. I like that his contracts with tenants are thorough and efficient. If you have any questions he is like a property manager guru. I recommend him highly, he has been in the business for a while and will get your property off the market and rented. He is also very timely with all document. He has a great system That is really efficient.

I inquired about a rentail in. Chula Vista and was contacted by Elaina. Although I appreciate the reach out, I felt like there was no interest in accommodating to arrange a showing with us even after stating several time how interested we are. I understand Monday was the first showing - but never have a worked with a realtor or agency who isn't willing to accommodate or be understanding.
Showings should be available on weekends as people do work.
It's a shame because I'd be ready to rent this place out in a heart beat.
